I’ve triple checked I’ve filled everything out right but I keep getting the following error: An error has occurred on the server:Error Occurred - Serial Number retrieval failed: (Index:0)

I have Q6500 and was told to access running data with this app. It doesn’t seem to recognise my generator and therefore also doesn’t access the appropriate manual. I’m not therefore confident that the fuel, load and run time data is accurate.

Downloaded app and went to register as user.  Never able to register because required entries on dropdown menus (country and state) just kept spinning and never loaded therefore not able to make required entries, unable to enter machine data, unable to use.  Tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail.

Great info coming from the app, just can’t register because it rejects my perfectly good mainstream (optusnet) email. Very frustrating!

This APP and generator will closely monitor your power usage, fuel gauge, and show you where all Briggs service centers are located. 

This is a very helpful app.
