Quand je veux créer une réunion , l’apps m’indique « houps , problème «  et impossible d.aller plus loin !!! Comment faire pour que cela fonctionne ? Pourquoi? ### 2/5 — Déçue *2026-06-23* Ne fonctionne pas J’ai ouvert l’appli et indiqué que je voulais créer une réunion, puis, j’ai tenté d’inviter mon correspondant à partir de son numéro de téléphone Mais lorsque j’ai voulu lancer l’invitation, l’appli me dit que c’est impossible de connecter ce numéro j’ai un message d’échec ### 2/5 — Unreliable video quality *2025-01-31* As a user of Infomaniak’s services, I want this to be a good video app, but it isn’t. The main issue is inconsistent and unreliable video quality. Sometimes it’s fine (though never as good as Zoom, FaceTime or Teams), but it’s hit or miss. Hopefully they’ll find a way to improve it, but for now I won’t use this app unless all other options are unavailable. ### 2/5 — This app has its good and bads *2024-08-13* Ok first off it's an easy app to use and when I first started using it with my friends the calls would go well and there would be no problems. Couple months after I started using it my friends and I would get kicked out of call constantly, have doubles of ourselves?? And have random glitches like the call timer freezing, disappearing and reappearing as well as mic and cam issues. Ça marche bien mais impossible de rejoindre une réunion depuis l'appli. C'est censé s'ouvrir tout seul en cliquant sur un lien depuis le navigateur mais ce n'est pas le cas ni depuis Safari, ni depuis Chrome. Et pas de solution de repli dans l'appli pour coller le liens ou l'id de la réunion à rejoindre. On a misé sur la simplicité mais petit fail à pallier s'il vous plaît :) ### 3/5 — Rejoindre une conférence *2020-04-08* Le service et le site web sont top. Tout marche et c'est facile, sans fioriture. On se voit bien les uns les autres, et on s'entend parfaitement. Et c'est gratuit. Parfait pour les associations ou auto entre... Et même plus. Bravo et merci ! ### 5/5 — Actually works *2023-02-20* I’ve been a long time user of this company’s products and services and they have always been great, however they have knocked it out of the park with this one. While it has silently lest quality video for slower networks than Google meet, it just works better. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve missed meetings or had delays with other services. Plus I can trust that it won’t steal my data like zoom. ### 5/5 — Very good, reliable App for Secure Video Meetings *2020-05-28* Excellent app and service. That being said the English version of the App still shows the join meeting dialogue in French as “Rejoindre une Réunion”. Minus one star for high energy consumption on my iPhone 14 Pro on iOS 18. The battery is heating up.
