Je suis globalement satisfait des services proposés par cette messagerie, ainsi que son niveau de sécurité. L’ergonomie de l’interface est bien pensée. La possibilité de créer des répertoires pour classer ses mails depuis son téléphone est très appréciable. Seul bémol, l’impossibilité d’accéder à l’agenda depuis l’application. Il est possible d’y accéder via l’app Calendrier d’Apple, mais je pense que vous êtes capables de proposer mieux (la version web est très bien, mais pas très pratique pour un usage quotidien).

Ich bin vor kurzem auf Infomaniak aufmerksam geworden und stelle nun nach und nach von den Google Diensten um. 
Die Mail App ist wirklich hervorragend gelungen! Sehr übersichtlich, alles lädt schnell, kein Schnickschnack, es funktioniert einfach. 
Lediglich bei den Wischgesten (z.B. wenn man Mails löschen möchte) gibt es kleine Ruckler. Diese treten kurioserweise nicht auf, wenn man es per Bildschirmaufnahme festhalten will. 
Ansonsten wäre es noch schick, wenn es mehr Farboptionen als Rosa und Blau gäbe und die App lernen würde, welche Mails ich üblicherweise in welchen Ordner schiebe, und diese dann beim Verschieben direkt vorschlägt (ähnlich wie die Apple Mail App). Zusätzliche Konten per IMAP hinzufügen zu können wäre auch noch super. 
Insgesamt bin ich aber sehr zufrieden und nutze die App wirklich gerne!

J’ai une boîte mail infomaniak depuis 2 ans au moins. Simple. Mode gratuit (qui est largement suffisant pr une boîte mail) ou payant(que j’ai pris pour avoir d’autres services et aussi soutenir Infomaniak) au choix. 
Basé en Suisse, pas de revente de données etc… 
Perso très satisfait de l’app et du site au besoin.

Is there any plans to make a unified inbox or accounts view for when there's more than one account? It would be useful! Can you allow users still on iOS 18 to customise the liquid glass icons and pick the previous icons? I added one more star because you said you would provide feedback for the product team!

Die Informaniak Produkte sind einfach nur super. Für mich haben sie eigentlich alle Microsoft und Google Produkte ersetzt die ich bisher genutzt haben.
Ob Mailadresse oder Officepacket, ob Kalender , Fotobackup oder AI hier hat man alles aus einer Hand und es funktioniert einfach. Das ganze mit dem Versprechen von Nachhaltigkeit und Datensicherheit und das Beste, es ist ein Anbieter aus Europa. 🇨🇭❤️

Toutes les applications sont intuitives avec un vrai service client derrière et une intelligence artificielle qui peut être amenée à vous aider de fort belle manière, avec précision. Application à recommander grandement, rien à voir avec les Google et consorts par lesquels tout le monde voit…

Bonne application qui fait le job, et bien. Juste une remarque concernant l’arborescence des dossiers d’archivage qui pourrait se plier et se déplier pour donner plus de lisibilité. Tel que c’est fait aujourd’hui, seul le premier niveau est décalé vers le gauche, les autres restent alignés verticalement sur une même ligne. Pouvoir les regrouper par niveau serait parfait.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, l’arborescence est apparue. Génial, correspond parfaitement aux attentes. Bravo

Wenn ich mich Versuch ein neues Konto bei dieser Mail App anlegen, muss ich immer schneiden Code aus meiner SMS Bestätigung Code eingeben kann ich wiederum nicht den irgendwie heißt das Telefon zu oft gebraucht wurde kann aber nicht sein. Weiß nur ne genutzt haben außer einmal wo ich da den Zugriff drauf verloren habe. Und jetzt steh ich ich bin’s ins Neid. Ich hab einfach den E-Mail Mieter gewechselt weil ich hab die Schnauze voll das kann doch nicht sein wenn man einmal sein Zug verliert, versucht man sich neues Konto zu erstellen und dann funktionieren es nicht. Was ist das hier? es funktioniert nicht mal.

I downloaded this app and tried to set up a brand-new account from scratch. I’ve been trying for an hour as a blind customer and it doesn’t do nothing for me. Are you even in business? What is the problem? Why can’t I register account ASAP why are you making it difficult for a blind person to use your service? If you want my hard earned money. Please make the service easy to use. I am blind.

I sent 2 emails, the first one was important. It didn't show in the Sent box. So I sent one to another account of mine. Again it is not in the Sent box and wasn't delivered to my other email. Don't waste your time with this rubbish

Infomaniak doesn’t synch calendars with Outlook and it doesn’t have a calendar app for iPhone. I have many email accounts and calendars and I need to be able to see them together and separately. I can’t afford for Infomaniak to be an island without communication to other programs. On my desktop, the calendar page has a link to synchronize calendars on all my devices, but when I open it, it only seems to work with contacts diaries and emails. This is ridiculous!

I appreciate the concept of an ethical email but as a person with low vision, I find the app difficult to navigate. There are no customizable font sizes and that makes it is difficult to read/compose email and navigating the interface and getting used to the app-specific gestures/functions is a struggle. I wrote a direct feedback to the team and received a kind and polite response, which I also appreciate. But accessibility remains a low priority and am hoping that with a public review it will be bumped up. The ethical value statements would warrant that.

Es wäre zu schön gewesen, wenn das Programm ans Laufen gekommen wäre. Aber schon beim Abschluss der Einführungsroutine stürzte das Programm immer wieder ab.
Daher muss ich gezwungenermaßen auf den Browser zurückgreifen. Habe Infomaniak schon informiert.
Sollte sich das Programm einrichten lassen und es funktioniert dann reibungslos, werden aus ** dann *****.

I’m a client of Infomaniak and have been for close to a decade.  I like them and have watched them improve dramatically over the years.  This works fine without any glitches.  The only two things it needs are the ability to use other emails besides those hosted by Infomaniak and the ability to be compatible with Spam Sieve, the best email spam filter there is.

In manchen (US-)Apps manches einfach smoother läuft, bevorzuge ich diese Mailapp. In der Schweiz, keiner dreht mir den Han zu – und halt DSGVO (oder wie das in Schweiz heißt:-). Von mir eine echte Empfehlung!

It’s time for us Europeans to look after ourselves apparently, so I moved our business onto Ksuite from Office 365 which was so clogged down with Co-Pilot rubbish it couldn’t even open emails half the time. Now we host with lovely ethical Infomaniak using renewable resources. It works really well and cost less and has great alternatives to all the office 365 suite. Highly recommended.

Recht gute MailApp, die noch ein wenig flüssiger laufen könnte. Aber ansonsten vollkommen kompletter Funktionsumfang, auch per IMAP. Tolle Arbeit der App-Programmierer.
Ganz super Infomaniak bietet Schweizer Datenschutz und eine wirklich mit Google vergleichbare Speicherkapazität und dazu noch for free ! Dank dafür!
Es wundert mich, dass Infomaniak in Trump-Zeiten nicht viel bekannter ist. Ich bin übrigens durch entsprechende Anfrage an Gemini darauf gestoßen, als ich versuchte von Gmail wegzukommen.

Zu Infomaniak zu wechseln war eine gute Entscheidung! Nach anfänglichen Vorbereitungsmühen wird immer deutlicher, dass wir uns bei Infomaniak sehr gut aufgehoben fühlen. Natürlich sind noch einige Anfangshürden zu umschiffen, aber mit dem ausgezeichneten Support bin Ich zuversichtlich, dass alles perfekt funktionieren wird! Ich kann Infomaniak nur sehr empfehlen!

Lange habe ich nach einem seriösen und DSGVO konformen Email Anbieter gesucht, bei der ich auch meine eigene Domain verwenden kann und wurde bei Infomaniak fündig. 

Die App funktioniert hervorragend und ist modern gestaltet. Alle wichtige Funktionen sind vorhanden wie Signatur, Weiterleitung, Regeln, Auto Response und vieles mehr. 

Die Einrichtung ist simple und schnell mit MyKsuite, KSuite Pro (für eigene Domain) oder nur Infomaniak Mail (ohne Suite). 

Ich kann jeden den Anbieter empfehlen, der Wert auf Datenschutz legt und trotzdem eine moderne Email App samt Suite/Mail haben möchte.

Outside of Europe I feel like most people haven’t heard of Infomaniak. I’ve been test-driving their kSuite for a few months and really liked it. Now I’m diving in deeper, switching my domain and custom email over. No place is perfect, and the European/Swiss tech landscape is not the utopia it might seem, but from a privacy and environmental standpoint I want as much of my digital life behind the ‘Swiss fortress’ as possible. At the very least you avoid the ad profiling and greater potential surveillance that comes with US Big Tech. I just hope ominous new legislation in Switzerland and the EU doesn’t come into force that would undermine privacy. Because that is possible, like in many places. For now, I’m trusting with my fingers crossed. In some ways, these days you really have to choose who to trust. Proton is good but I’m not as worried about pure encryption across the board. Infomaniak seems like an actual ethical option in their ethos and practices.
