This has happened several times, will be cancelling subscription. Btw techs called but were of no help whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t register *2020-03-07* I wasn’t able to activate the app. I typed in my subscription number that I received in my welcome email, and I got an error message saying I needed to call customer service. When I called I had to wait almost 30 minutes to reach a customer service representative. I lost patience and then just canceled my subscription. ### 1/5 — Never worked *2019-04-05* App installed after offer by phone for free month.
