When app is used on iPad in a fire apparatus it is very difficult to read depending on where the tablet is mounted. ### 3/5 — Not bad. Better options. *2025-09-27* Biggest complaints are it logs out to frequently and I’ve been unable to find any settings to change. **Developer response:** Hello and thank you for the feedback. Improves time of the Incident Detail launching when a new incident is received. ### 2026.06.24 — 2026-06-26 Introduced "Haptic" feedback for phone users when a status change button is pressed. This does not apply to tablet users as it is not supported. Address change now also updates the pin on the map. Units now display at the Top of the call details directly under the address. Body of the message screen was a small box and this has now been enlarged. iOS – when using ArcGIS as map provider if a user panned the map it would cause the fly-out menu to open from the left. Pre-Assigned calls – For ambulance and Law there is now a menu option to view their pre-assigned calls. ProQA tabs – when ProQA was used in CAD the mobile would then show many tabs breaking those ProQA notes out, this has been corrected to be on one tab. When using ESRI map the incident detail screen was leaving breadcrumbs with old unit location icons, this has been corrected.
