Really is of no value because of that. Have had the issue, since I started using the app last year, but there seems to be no urgency from the company to remedy it. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2016-09-22, version 1.3.1* What a waste. You all should be embarrassed by this lousy attempt at an app. Cannot even capture a receipt image without app crashing. It's not surprising though, given how painfully counterintuitive your website is. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2016-08-22, version 1.3.1* Cannot login to account in app (timeout message) despite having correct credentials and web address. No updates to fix bugs in almost 1 year. What a waste of space. ### 1/5 — Good app when it actually works *2016-06-22, version 1.3.1* The last few times I have used this for my expenses on my iPad it crashes whilst attempting to take photos of the receipts, you then have to login to experience the same issue. Crashes when taking photos of receipts, gives errors about 50% of the time forcing you to start again. There is no back button in the app, so don't suggest I try to press it when I get an error! ### 1/5 — Not all fixed yet *2016-01-09* Well, since the last update I can now log in again however, I can not add receipts. It allows me to take the picture but it doesn't actually upload the picture. So afterwards the only button that does anything is the back button. Using iOS 9.2 and iPhone 6. ### 1/5 — Still horrible - major fail *2015-12-03* They did correct the receipt upload feature. App still crashes in iOS 9. And now you can only "upload" a receipt by taking a picture of it while in the app versus the prior versions allowing you to upload from your picture library. Did you guys actually test this app before your released it? ### 1/5 — Still useless *2015-11-13* The most recent update was supposed to fix the receipt upload problem. But it didn't! Still just takes me back and forth and never lets me actually upload a receipt or access camera. ### 1/5 — Awful update now unusable *2015-10-26, version 1.3* Some of the pics in camera roll can't be seen or uploaded. Not compatible with iPhone anymore due to screen zoom fixed on extreme zoom in. Can no longer use the app at all. After I point to my production infor server, I get the login screen. I try to login and as soon as I hit the Sign In button, crash!!! It never works. Please fix this asap! ### 1/5 — Poor App and time consuming expenses system *2015-10-08, version 1.3* Downloaded the app following our companies conversion to this system. The app crashes all the time, receipts don't upload all the time, the app is time consuming. The expenses system is time consuming and has caused a lot of problems! It took over three hours to complete 24 receipts. If you are thinking of changing systems! Don't consider the user interface and the time you will waste with this system. ### 1/5 — Do not update!! *2015-08-20* This app has always been mediocre but accomplished the only task I used which was uploading receipts to expense manager. Ever since the update it completely killed the app. The new Single sign on capability only crashes the app without logging in. When logged in the old way, the text on the screen is so magnified that it's unusable. Finally the only feature that I used prior now will not work. When you press the camera it crashes the app. Nice job to the developer on this one. You completely destroyed your app. How could this slip past the Dev environment?? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Total waste of time *2024-09-02, version 1.4.6* Only consistent feature is its ability to crash! barley ever loads properly and you have to do everything 3/4 times at minimum. As the title says complete waste of time. ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2019-04-09* This may be the worst app I’ve ever used. Bugs and glitches are pervasive and can occur at any time. Usability is awful, slow, unintuitive, and unreliable. The most recent app update is written in broken English and doesn’t exactly instill trust in the developer. The only reason this app is still on my phone is to try in case their website doesn’t work (which also happens regularly). One star is generous. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2019-04-08* The app doesn’t not sync with desktop app. Wipes fields populated in desktop app. Does not support iOS Touch ID. Overall waste of time to use. ### 1/5 — Very difficult to take a picture of a receipt *2019-03-18* This app won’t let me take a picture of the receipt. The app tries to autocrop the receipt against the background. If the receipt is folded or crumpled or electronic, the app is unsuccessful. And I see no other way to upload a receipt using this app. Please give camera control to the user, allowing me to take the picture and upload the receipt. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. ### 1/5 — Useless *2018-10-15* This is one of the worst apps I’ve had the misfortune to use. My company just switched to this and I can’t get it to display the report I’m trying to attach receipts to. Complete garbage. ### 1/5 — Worst Expense App Yet *2018-07-31* Unless major reworking is done this will continue to be a useless product. I had to resubmit my expenses multiple times because it kept coming up with an error. After I “fixed” that I was able to submit it only for it to tell me I’m missing receipts but it doesn’t show you where or what is missing. After going thru it multiple times I verified nothing was missing ### 1/5 — Worthless App!! *2018-02-13* This is a total non functional app! Can't get it to log in to a working screen. Can’t wait for a competitor to come and disrupt this lazy bloated B2B industry. ### 1/5 — Worthless App *2017-05-04* There are no expense reporting tools within this app, rendering it worthless in regard to its intent. ### 1/5 — Poor interface *2017-02-13* This interface is extremely user unfriendly. There are so many gaps and disconnections that it feels like a 1990s product or a beta for an app. There's no continuity in the experience as a user inputs receipts and attempts to attach them to expenses. My company moved me over to infor from Concur and its polar opposite. Infor could benefit by conducting market research to understand how an expense app should function. ## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Infor XM app improving *2022-01-27* I recently started traveling again after a year and have noticed improvements to the app it adds my expenses and receipt pics faster and also syncs to submit quick too. I now use my personal card instead of the company card and speed has improved. ### 3/5 — Needs Touch ID *2017-09-19* This app is lacking several convenience features but really needs Touch ID! ### 3/5 — Please add more! *2016-02-11* This is the only way I have access to my workforce account. It never allows me to log on from a computer cause of unsecured networks I think. But I need to be able to do shift trades and enter vacation and whatnot! Please someone add these features!! As far as the app itself goes, it's useful. It'd just be handy and convenient to be able to do the shift trades and enter in availability from my phone since it's the only way I really would be able to. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Why does this app force default keyboard? *2019-08-06* All of the text entry in the app force me to use the default iOS keyboard despite only having Gboard enabled on my phone. The only time the default is supposed to show up is for passwords, not typing in notes on my expense reports! ### 2/5 — No Trip Plan capability *2018-10-22* I’ve been using the app for years now. Most of the expense report functions work ok. It’s fairly easy to add most expense items, receipts and attachments. Could be easier - check out Expensify - they make it much easier to manage expense reports. The app is not very intuitive. You have to search a lot to find features and options. Items that only work in web browser: Per diem meals doesn’t work well in the app. You can’t add, edit or manage Trip Plans in the app at all. I really wish the app allowed Trip Plan submissions. That would add a star to the rating. Fix the per diem glitch and I would add a star for that as well. Make it faster and easier to add expense items and clean up the interface so it is more intuitive and you would have a five star app. ### 2/5 — I took nearly three months, but *2015-11-11, version 1.3.1* I can log in again. So, I'll go up to two stars. I'll reevaluate after I've used it for a while. ### 2/5 — Barely works *2013-08-02* Desperately needs an update. Not only is it not sized for iPhone 5... It feels like an old MS-DOS program jammed into an app. If you tinker with it long enough, though, you can upload receipts from your phone, which is great.
