If anything, it has gotten more awful with time and updates. Incredibly unstable, locks up/kicks me out/loses settings CONSTANTLY. I’m typing this only to delay the horror of logging in again. It is the worst. If your company is considering using ISM, run. ### 1/5 — Horrible unfriendly app *2021-10-01* Constant issues, horrible interface always getting kicked out. Can’t load multiple pictures or attachments for work orders. Not user friendly. Clock into call and clocks me out after a few minutes. Not sure how this app even exist.
