This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and you'll be notified the second they are resolved!

If this is an emergency, dial 911 or the Police non-emergency number 650-802-4321 for immediate assistance for non-emergency police matters. The City of San Carlos looks forward to serving you.

Avoid if you value your privacy. There is no method to remain anonymous while submiting an issue, putting you in danger of retaliation. Also the city only responds to what it wants and deletes everything else with no explanation. Favoritism is rampant due to lack of accountability.
