 setelah saya daftar member ternyata sistem tidak bisa karena, saya sudah pernah menjadi member sebelumnya namun masa member saya sudah berakhir yang membuat kecewa karena pelayanan tidak memberikan solusi sehingga saya tidak jadi belanja dan sistem tidak siap apabila ada member yang sudah berakhir mau diperpanjang hanya untuk mendapatkan promo diskon ataukah hanya akal-akalan saja agar saya membeli dengan harga normal tanpa diskon

Di hari H pengerjaan, teknisi pembersihan AC gak datang dan teknisi pembersihan sofa datang dengan mesin yang rusak. Saya komplen dan diacuhkan.
