I love the watch and I love the software. Only problem I have is with the telephone sometimes I watch it and sometimes it won’t. I probably don’t know what I’m doing and I’m still looking and the print on the instruction manual could be a little large larger would help I love the watch. I love the other information as well the app thank you

J’ai une montre Joyroom connectée avec cette application  et j’en suis satisfait. Par contre, je n’arrive pas à personnaliser mes cadran (ajouter une photo comme cadran). Ça serait bien d’intégrer cette option (mettre notre photo comme cadran, personnaliser l’aiguille…)

It’s a good app but u should be able to delete the original watch faces and get more than 1 and also u should be able to FaceTime audio so people like me that don’t have a number can call from the watch (I use and email to text since I don’t have a SIM card)

I’m using this app for my watch and it disconnects every day. It takes several attempts to reconnect. While disconnected does not record data like sleep info. It is extremely frustrating and the app provides NO service and is all in Chinese.
