Thought maybe it was my phone but it’s not. I’ve tried it on multiple phones and same outcome. Once it does finally load which takes 2 to 5 minutes it’ll sometimes say it timed out so I have to start over. And then from there, it’ll just take me to a white screen nothing ever loads so once again I have to close out the app and start over. When needing to transfer money quickly or check my balance quickly, this app does not offer that reliability. There is ALWAYS a lag when you need to transfer money and I’ve even had it where it literally won’t even if the money is in my account.
