On the spot trying to quickly transfer money which was super fast takes forever to load, forever to get into. Sort it out. ### 4/5 — Interest *2026-08-18, version 11.0.2* App counts your monthly interest payment in your end of month balance even though you earn it on the next day. ### 5/5 — Payment *2026-08-18, version 11.0.2* It doesn’t show your repayment amount unless if have a direct debit set up. With all the interest rate changes that would be helpful as it’s also not listed on any emails, bank statements or otherwise. You only needed to add notifications to this one, not create a whole new app with none of the good features remaining. I recently moved my banking to ING and was initially happy with the switch, but I’m now seriously considering changing to a different bank. Discovering that ING Australia doesn't support Garmin Pay—and that there is no option to use my watch to pay—is a massive problem. It feels like a huge failure that lets down a significant proportion of active customers who rely on their smartwatches daily. Nice way to kick things off guys. Then the app keeps crashing. I do not enjoy any ING ‘experience’.
