I am a Romanian citizen but permanently live abroad. The branch manager was very polite and helped set everything up quickly. Unfortunately, I wrote down my password incorrectly during the setup, but I did manage to activate Face ID. When I received my card, I found out that I couldn’t activate it because my app access was blocked. In the support chat, I was told that an internal ID document is required to unlock access, which I do not have — I only have a passport. When I called the bank, they said the only option is to fly to Bucharest in person to restore access. Honestly, this feels absurd. In 2025, most banks handle such issues remotely, especially for customers who live abroad. Please inform customers about these limitations in advance. Când sa prezentat sa facă transfer bancar sau sa scoată banii din banca nu a putut sa facă deoarece ei nu sunt autorizați sa facă asta. Trebuie sa stergi si sa o reinstalezi. Cand stergi dispozitivul de incredere nu te intreaba: ba prostule, daca faci asta nu vei mai primi notificari pe noul dispozitiv pana nu stergi din vechiul dispozitiv. Ghici ce, vechiul si noul este acelasi dispozitiv si degeaba spare notificarea activata ca nu mai functioneaza. Nici sa o dezactivezi/reactivezi nu merge. Nu are modul intunecat iar angajatii de la call center te iau la per tu de parca esti neam cu ei sau esti prieteni cu ei….lipsa de politete crasa. Mi-ai spus ca trebuie să îi scot din bancomat, trebuie să am card. Trebuie să scot suma de 4000 Ron și banca nu mă lasă să fac nici transfer bancar deoarece mi-au spus ca această tranzacție se face doar online de pe telefon **Developer response:** Dana, ai posibilitatea de a realiza transfer bancar prin aplicatia Home'Bank sau de a retrage bani de la ATM folosind un card.
