If you are not a customer yet, you can become an ING customer instantly with ING Mobile, without going to the branch or waiting for a courier!

Gördüğüm en berbat banka uygulaması milyon dolarlık yatirimlarin 2025 yılında kendilerini bu kadar rezil bir uygulama ile müşterilerinin karşına çıkartıyor olması akil alır gibi değil. Kullanisiz, agir ve cirkin. Aynı kalitesizligi web sitelerinde de görmek mümkün. Akbank ve siz teknolojik alt yapı konusunda kim daha berbat hizmet verecek diye yarisiyor gibisiniz.

Sifir yildiz daha dogru olurdu. Aninda sifre ile sifre degistirme kabiliyetini oraya koymussunuz. 

Kimlik kardimi 10 kere kameranin onune koydum NFC ile scan istediginiz icin, ki MADEM zaten fotografini istiyosunuz kimligin, o NFC seyine ne gerek var amk?

Calismiyor. Sifre degistiremiyoruz. Islem yapamiyoruz. Arayinca musteri temsilcisine ulasilamiyor. 

Sizin gibi bankalarin batmasi dilegiyle.

Uygulama güncellendi ve tabii ki arayüz karıştı. Bazı işlemlere ulaşılmıyor, ya masaüstü ya da başka uygulamaya yönlendiriyor. Mesela ing banktan aldığım hisseleri göremiyorum. Bunun için ing trader indirtiyor ama o uygulama da içler acısı.

İkincisi ise esasen kötü bankacılık anlayışlarıyla ilgili. E turuncu diye bir hesapları var ki bu bankayı cazip kılan başlı başına ürünleri bu. ama gelin görün ki 3000 liranın üzerinde kalan tutara faiz veriyor. Yani 100.000 lira varsa 97.000 e faiz alıyorsunuz. 3000 öylece duruyor. Fıkra gibi dimi, ama değil. 

Bankasınız siz arkadaşlar, paramızın her kuruşunun siz de değerlendirilmesi gerek. vermeniz gereken duygu ve düşünce bu olmalı. Kim aldı bu bilal dahiliğindeki kararı? Bununla ilgili talep açamıyoruz da. Öyle de müşteri odaklılar anlayacağınız:) ben yoğun kullanıyordum bu bankayı ama başka bankaya geçmiştim. Tekrar dönmek için baktığım gibi hiç bir anlayışlarının değişmediğini, hatta tam tersi kötüye gittiğini görüp ing ile çalışmaktan vaz geçtim. Size de tavsiyem budur. Gidin daha müşteri odaklı ve paranızın değerini bilen bankayla çalışın. İng bank bu bankalardan birisi olmadığını müşterilerine dayattığı dandik uygulamalarla göstermiştir.

Yeni arayüz gelmesine rağmen hala Kredi Kartı bilgilerine ulaşılamıyor! Kartınızı evde unutursanız ve kart numarasına, son kullanma tarihi gibi detaylara ihtiyacınız olursa bu uygulama hiçbir şekilde size yardımcı olamaz. Kullanışsız yeni arayüzü eskisinden de daha karışık. Geri bildirimlere hiç önem verilmiyor. Kredi Kart bilgileri problemi çözülmediği sürece 1 yıldızı hakkeden bir uygulama. 

Edit: Kredi Kart bilgilerine hala ulaşılmıyor.

İster ödemenin hemen ardından isterse hesap hareketlerine girip ödemeyi seçerek olsun dekont istediğiniz anda uygulama donuyor ve ne kadar beklerseniz bekleyin geri gelmediği için sayfayı kapatmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz (iOS). Hiç mi test etmeden depoy ediyorsunuz? Yoksa bankanın dekont isteme benden politikası mı var?

Geçen gün kredi kartım yanımda olmadığı için kart numarasına ihtiyacım oldu diğer bankadan kredi kartı borcumu havale edip ödeyecektim fakat aplikasyon içinden kredi kartı numarasını görmek imkansız. Aplikasyonda bakmadığım yer kalmadı sadece ilk dört ve son dört rakamı görülebiliyor. Büyük ihtimalle güvenlik sebebi ile böyle bir durum var fakat biri zaten aplikasyonun içine girdiyse kredi kartı numarasını görse ne olur görmese ne olur! Ayrıca çok kolay bir çözüm mevcut kredi kartı numarasının üstüne bastığımızda bizden göstermek için tekrar şifre isteyebilir aplikasyon ekstra güvenlik adımı için. Fakat ING’de bunu düşünecek kimse yok.
