If you have funds with this bank they will sit on your interest for all of the year, only paying out at the 31st of December. Erg vervelend en het is echt afpersend.

maar ik find het nix, dat je op de begin scherm ook the warde van je beleggingsrekening en spaarrekening ziet. 
In het buitenland had ik da al een eng situatie omdat ik en buitenlands overdraag must doen en mijn tegenover mijn vermogen zag. Je moet wel een privacy mode inbouwen, en ook een extra beveiliging (andere code) voor de sub-accounts. Ik moet nu wel een tweede Bankrekening bij en andere bank om deze probleem optelossen. ook te veelal aan updates voordat je een kerst of pasen logo hebt is belachelijk.

Eenmaal ingelogd is het lastiger om te vinden waar je je daglimiet kan verhogen, wat voor kort veel eenvoudiger was.
Nu heb ik de zoekmachine nodig!

Лучший банк в мире. Во первых можно бабки через банкомат закинуть и даже без карты пользоваться банкоматом. Ахуел я с того что мне на украинском смс дают в банке и сообщают об всяких изменениях о политике пользования на укр. Sns bank такая помойка по сравнению с этим. Никогда не пользуйтесь SNS bank. Там закинуть деньги можно было ток через один обменник на вокзале и когда они убрали эт функцию даж не сообщили мне никак ну прост бред. То есть даж нельзя у банкомата деньги закидывать я хз если снимать их там можно. Кароч юзайте этот банк лучший прост лучший. Оформить карту стоит считаные дни.

I received a letter in the mail that my husband needs to identify himself. Please explain to me how to do that via the app. I tried everything. Ida is completely useless as she has no idea what I am talking about. Our account will be blocked before the end of the month. When I try the identification process, only my name comes up, but I am already identified. HELP

I’m forced to buy a new Phone, since the Iphone 7 with IOS 15.8.7 is not supported anymore. Now I can’t do anything with ING app. There is no higher IOS available for my phone, bit ING demands a software update. nor everyone can afford to buy a phone. My current phone works fine.

I’ve been trying to sign up for your banking and your app doesn’t even work. When I scan for my credentials the camera will not turn on although it has permission. It just keeps flashing “avoid white backgrounds” with no image. You force us to use the app and it doesn’t even work

The system fails to activate the app so I have to call. Then I’m told it will take 3 days. But I cannot access my account without the app! This is a complete failure.

No problems with the app however the annoying reminder to activate Apple Pay won’t go away in the spite of the fact that Apple Pay has been activated on the new bank card on both the phone and watch. I use Apple
Pay on both the phone and watch frequently with no problems. The instructions
received via the chat function were of no use.
