Po zalogowaniu błąd 401. Pomoc 3 razy otrzymała błąd , zrzut ekranu ciągle analizuja i ciągle proszą o ten sam zrzut ekranu. Ile razy można. Ing ogarnij się …. Zatrudnij ludzi….  Szkoda że nie można dać 0.

Aplikacja działa. Ale nie zawsze. Wymaga sporo interakcji od użytkownika - a to źle wczytuje daty, a to potrzebuje akceptacji podziału stron, filtry faktur są niewygodne, interfejs jakiś nieprzyjazny, nie da się po prostu wybrać faktur dodanych w danym miesiącu tylko można filtrować po fakturach za dany miesiąc rozliczeniowy ale jak źle rozpozna tekst to wcale je tam nie ma i trzeba szukać w setkach poprzednich….dużo opcji jest mało intuicyjnych, wiele zakładek i podzakładek. Nawet przy płatności za pakiet, gdy chce się zmienić sposób płatności i się klika to ok okno znika bo trzeba najpierw wejść na odpowiednią opcję w ustawieniach, usunąć starą kartę, dodać nową. Gdy nie zapłaci się z jakiegoś powodu pakiet to nie ma ponowienia płatności tylko trzeba dodać ten sam do koszyka i usunąć stary żeby znowu zapłacić… jakby to były lata 2000 i windows 98. 
Poza tym w odróżnieniu od klasycznej księgowej, która przypomni gdy coś zrobimy nie tak, zapomnijmy wrzucić jakiejś regularnej faktury - tu tego nie ma, jest 0-1, a jak chcesz cofnąć rozliczenie bo się za szybko kliknęło - nie możesz bezpłatnie, płacisz ponownie.

Po co mam się rejestrować skoro mam konto w ING i do księgowości przechodzę z poziomu przeglądarki? Dlaczego nie można się zalogować apką z banku? Kto projektował taki flow? Jaki mam niby podać adres mail? Ten z konta bankowego? Z ciekawości chciałbym zapytać ile kosztuje zrobienie takiej apki, którą użytkownik usuwa 5 min po instalacji?

Ta aplikacja to jakiś żart. Wystawiałem sobie wcześniej faktury normalnie w przeglądarce. Tutaj muszę się rejestrować. Rejestracja nie działa. Totalnie bez sensu. Nie polecam.

W pomocy aplikacja odsyła do skorzystania z opcji przypomnij hasło na stronie logowania. Problem w tym, że takiej opcji nie ma nigdzie. Apka niedopracowana

Generalnie można wypisać fakturę, pobrać itp. Ale jest błąd przy dodawaniu płatności. Jeśli doda się płatność w okienku dodaj płatność, to można naturalnie wybrać datę wpływu, kwotę i dodać płatność, ale gdy damy podgląd faktury to wciąż napisane że x kwota pozostała do zapłaty. Natomiast jeśli damy edytuj fakturę i tam zaznaczymy “zapłacono w całości”, to na podglądzie faktury widoczne jest ze opłacona, niestety dada w aplikacji wskazuje wtedy dzień ostatni terminu na opłatę.

Żeby skorzystać z oferty 6 miesięcy za 1zł, trzeba wybrać pakiet 6 miesięcy i wpisać kod przy zakupie. Tylko, że JEDYNY dostępny po zalogowaniu pakiet to inna oferta promocyjna (1 miesiąc za 0zl). A jak aktywujesz tę ofertę, to już z tamtej nie skorzystasz.  Brawo, ING. Zajebisty UX i w ogóle customer experience pierwsza klasa.
