However they have never cashed any check for me on reimbursement checks i receive because the address os from a resident at the same address as me. I have a paypal account for my small business and the the cash a check feature goes through ingo since they changed providers a few years ago. Now i cant use that feature because the automatically decline to cash checks from thz sale location. I understand the right to refuse but paypal has a sole provider if this and many people use this as their primary payment platform. I know they can check to przithoroze and make sure tha funds are there (no ossue with thos) and i dont mind waitibg the 10 days to clear jut they just wont even let me usebut. So i keep asking PayPal to offer some option or go back to orevious suppler. They get a fee so its not like its free. I just dislike that this is the sole service provider because its a burden to have such a poor level of value or usage for a feature thats highly necessary where it easy (otherwise) to eliminate any potential risk worries they may have , quite black and white in these cases and even if they still have a problem with an immediate deposit they could still default to the 10 day hold. I mean how ridiculous id that. If it cant clear in 10 days there is lo risk they just return it and show the Insufficient funds if that is truly the case, but they wont so that nor explain that . **Developer response:** Hi! I’m disappointed ### 1/5 — Was told it was resolved. 3x *2026-05-20, version 4.10.7* I spent hours on this. I am disabled and cannot go to a branch. Ingo said they needed documentation to verify my maiden name. After submitting it 3 times, I received a letter saying congratulations. It is solved. The check was refused again, so I called again. I was told it needed to be reviewed AGAIN for another 24-48 hours. It is a government check and I am getting the run around. If you have a choice GO TO THE BANK and save yourself the trouble. Great experience up until this last time. I had just added my wife’s cashapp account so that this specific check would be sent directly to her account instead of my own cashapp that I had been using every other time.. the check was approved as always and the instant transfer sent to my wife’s cashapp with no issues.. The following week I attempted to login to cash my weekly check and received the message that after careful review of my most recent transaction my account exceeded their risk criteria and that my account is now closed. I’m so bummed. I really enjoyed the ease and quickness of using this app. Just be careful and ONLY put your personal cashapp or bank account info to have your funds transferred to. ### 5/5 — Above and beyond customer service *2026-05-12, version 4.10.7* I made a mobile check deposit for $300 and I messed up during the process and it said I no longer could deposit my check. I was devastated because I had promised my daughter I would take her to the fair and for dinner. I took a shot and called customer service and spoke to a gal named Ashily and not only was she very nice and easy to speak with, she told me she would talk to her supervisor and see if she could reset it and that it would take 15min-1hr to let me know if it were possible, with no promises. Not even 10 min later I got an email saying I could redeposit my check and it made my daughter’s entire night. I cannot really explain in words how much I appreciated Ashily’s help and I am convinced she fought for me bc she heard how upset I was in my voice.
