App would not let me watch the video only wanted to charge me then I could scan again. AND it’s not a subscription, it’s a one time purchase. For literally less then $3, you can scan the ingredients on anything, anytime, anywhere. I use it to determine if I should buy something or not, and then the saving feature reminds me to stay away or repurchase certain products I’ve scanned before. I’ve had this once before, then got an iphone and couldn’t find it in the App Store. You can scan a couple of times for free and then it will ask you to either watch a 9 second ad in case you want to scan something again for free, OR simply pay $0.99 and get it for free with no ads, and that is exactly what i did. I think its an amazing app and im sure they have worked extremely hard on it and I honestly appreciate apps like that, so $0.99 is NOTHING compared to other apps. Think about it, we spend triple the amount on chocolate or coffee. I took a picture of the ingredients label of the worst possible food item I could find, a tostino’s pizza, and it rated it as green/not a threat. If you are going to rate a pizza with 100 preservatives all of which are a detriment to your health, what good is this app? What does it accomplish?
