## What is Ingresse?

With the Ingresse app, you can discover, buy, and access tickets to the best events in Brazil — quickly, safely, and hassle-free.
Concerts, festivals, parties, clubs, Carnival, New Year’s Eve, as well as cultural and sports events like football. If it’s live, it’s here.

- Buy tickets in just a few taps
Choose your event, complete the payment, and you’re done — your ticket is instantly available in your in-app wallet.

- Your tickets, always with you
Access your tickets offline and enter events without needing an internet connection. Tickets purchased via app or website are stored in your mobile wallet and can be accessed offline.

- Ticket resale and transfer
Can’t make it anymore? Sell or transfer your ticket to someone else easily and securely.
You can send tickets directly to friends’ wallets via email. The recipient can accept or decline, and while the transfer is pending, you can cancel it.
Or you can choose to resell your tickets. Buy to secure your spot, and if plans change, you can share a resale link with friends or let Ingresse try to sell it for you.

- For our network: automatic resale is enabled by default, and Ingresse will try to sell it for you. Just keep the option active.

Tentei efetuar a compra de 2 ingressos bastante caros pra um evento. Apanhei pra conseguir atribuir o segundo ingresso, porque o app não permite enxergar o campo do segundo e-mail enquanto digito, nem atribuir o ingresso a mim mesmo, por um erro de layout para o iPhone15. Quando finalmente consegui, deu erro (a mensagem dizia que eu havia excedido o número de ingressos para o evento, sendo que eu não consegui comprar nenhum) e uma instrução para tentar novamente em 15min. Desisti de comprar os ingressos…

Além das taxas infinitas cobradas pela compra, venda e transferência de ingressos, eles não disponibilizam o dinheiro da venda do ingresso no tempo acordado previamente (7 dias após o evento, o que já é absurdo). Ja se passaram quase 1 mês que vendi um ingresso pelo app e não vi a cor do dinheiro ainda, fora o prejuizo que tomei na venda devido às taxas. Atendimento pessimo também! Ninguem resolve nada!

Depois da última atualização, o aplicativo ficou horrível. Toda vez que preciso acessar meus ingressos, sou obrigado a atualizar o app novamente pela App Store e fazer login de novo. A experiência do usuário é péssima e parece que essa versão foi colocada no ar sem testes adequados. A equipe de produto precisa rever urgentemente a forma como está trabalhando, porque o resultado entregue ao cliente está muito abaixo do ac
