## What is Inhale?

Inhale is breathwork made simple. Open it, choose how you want to feel, and breathe.

CHOOSE YOUR DESIRED STATE
Peaceful, calm and focused, energized, performance, quick reset or morning. Each one opens a short set of techniques that gets you there, with a simple interface to adjust the session length and, if desired, every phase of the breath before you begin.

BREATHE WITH A GUIDE THAT FEELS ALIVE
A luminous orb swells as you inhale, rests as you hold and softens as you exhale. Gentle sounds and haptics mark every phase, so you can close your eyes and follow along, and the cycles left count down in front of you.

PROVEN TECHNIQUES
Box breathing, 4-7-8, resonant breathing, the physiological sigh, alternate nostril breathing, humming exhale, breathe light, power breathing, breath of fire and more. Each one tells you what it's normally practised at, so you always know where you stand.

MAKE IT YOURS
Change any pattern — type 5-8-9 or set each phase on a dial — and save it as a preset. Build routines that step up stage by stage, like two cycles of 7·7·7·7, then 9·9·9·9, then 11·11·11·11.

TRACK YOUR BOLT SCORE
The BOLT test measures how comfortable your body is with carbon dioxide, giving you a simple number to track week to week. History charts your BOLT score and your longest breath holds.

WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH
Sessions longer than a minute are saved as Mindful Minutes. Wear an Apple Watch and Inhale shows your heart rate before and after each session. No Watch app needed.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No ads. No tracking. Inhale collects nothing; everything stays on your iPhone.

Inhale is free. If it helps you, you can leave an optional tip.

Please note Inhale is a training tool, not a medical device. Never practise breath holds or power breathing in or near water, while driving or while standing, and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell.
