## Most critical reviews (9 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — In less than 24 hours worst experience ever

*2026-04-09*

I literally got the app to go over documents and there was a red bubble on Work I clicked it in. It automatically switched to the Work person of the app and would not allow me to go back. I contacted Customer service they hung up on me once and then the second person said nope there’s no help for this. You just gotta kind of sort of let the Financial know that you did something wrong. Worst Customer Service ever worst technical support ever.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2024-07-11*

Absolute trash with the multi-step verification log-in process
Doom loop of putting in email address and password only to have to click for a verification code. Once you get the verification code, it sends you back to the email/password page and asks for you to send for a verification code. Rinse and repeat

### 1/5 — Not the best

*2024-06-19*

Not as intuitive, no Mobile Deposit option on my app as advertised.

### 1/5 — Basically unusable

*2023-11-07*

I am nee to the application, but on the second document I received it completely blew out the display and I was unable to rotate the screen or pan the document. My only recourse was to log out and back in to reset the display. It is quite unpleasant when the only words you can see inform you that you must respond and to contact an attorney. Would really like to know what the entire document says. It’s kind of the purpose of the application!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t update

*2022-03-09*

Through out the process the “milestones” never update at all. Just say pending. So I don’t understand the purpose of having the app to keep track of where we are in the process if it does not do so

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2022-02-08*

Not user friendly, my name and phone where put in incorrectly, my clients information is not correct.

### 2/5 — Excruciating signup experience.

*2024-05-20*

The process of signing up to use this app is so poorly constructed that I couldn’t get past it to try the core functionality.
Data input fields are not properly identified so that password programs can autofill
If you switch apps (to copy your password from another app for example), the login page reloads and clears all previously completed fields
Requires verification by a phone number - when I created the account this was not obvious (didn't ask for mobile number or otherwise make it obvious I would need to access texts). I gave it my office number and now I can't login or edit my account to change it to a mobile.

### 5/5 — inHere -a must have app for RE Pros

*2024-04-03*

I really appreciate the transaction view feature for managing all my deals; it's incredibly useful. The "Breakthrough" content within the inHere app also stands out to me. I'm a fan of its focus on short, bite-sized practices that fit easily into a busy schedule. Additionally, experimenting with the Compose AI features has been a fantastic experience—it's a great tool!

### 5/5 — InHere app-Fidelity National Title

*2022-02-24*

The technology Fidelity Title has to offer is phenomenal! Very user friendly, organizes my files and saves me time! Love InHere app! Thanks Fidelity Title!
