Notes for Reviewer:
Hello Apple Review Team,

InHr One is a B2B enterprise Human Resources application. Accounts are created and provided exclusively by the employer's HR department. There is no public registration or in-app purchase.

Please use the provided demo credentials to log in and review the core functionalities such as Attendance, Leave Management, and Dashboard.

Regarding Permissions:
- Our app uses Location to verify if the employee is checking in from the assigned workplace boundary.
- Our app uses the Camera to capture a verification selfie during the attendance check-in process.

We have removed any custom "Cancel/Not Now" buttons from our permission rationale dialogs so that the user is always directed to the iOS system permission prompts, in compliance with Guideline 5.1.1. We have also corrected our App Privacy Tracking labels, as our app does not track users for third-party advertising.

Thank you.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-19

Dear App Store Review Team,

This app (NexHr / InHR One) is an internal HR and Employee Management application used by companies.
One of our core features requires field employees (like sales representatives or on-site workers) to log their attendance and share their location with their employer during their shift.

We use background location tracking specifically to record the path of our field staff during client visits and to automatically log their on-duty hours for payroll and attendance purposes. This feature is only active during their working hours and is essential for the core functionality of the employer-employee tracking module.

Thank you for your time.
