It tells you answers whether what you want or don’t want. I was using LH strips but every app was saying I was ovulating well before I was. My cycles have been between 28-38 days which makes it a game. I could see exactly when my LH spiked and if / when my Pdg spikes. It gives you a snapshot of your body and if you should follow up with a healthcare specialist or if you’re on track. I reached out to customer service who told me they could not help. It was unrealistic to find out you don’t need strips and complete a return within 30 days with an average cycle lasting 28-33 days. They said I could return if I wrote a review and they charged a $15 restocking fee. So here’s my review!
