## What is Injectly?

Injectly is the simple, yet powerful way to track your injectable medications. No ads, no subscription, and no tracking — just free help for staying on top of your regimen.

No account is needed to log injections, set daily or weekly reminders, and view your history and Insights. Create a free account with Apple or Google to sync across your devices and to unlock advanced scheduling — cycles, titration (warm-up), and custom interval reminders. Your health data is always yours: never sold, never used for advertising, and you can export or delete it anytime.

Whether you're managing peptides, prescriptions, or personal health therapies, Injectly helps you log every injection, stay on schedule, and understand exactly what's happening between each dose. Enjoy!

For supported medications, the Insights tab turns your logbook into a live serum concentration dashboard. Injectly automatically pulls in the applicable medication you've been using, calculates current and projected levels based on your logged dose history and weight, and shows how close you are to peak along with how much of the dose remains active.

Features:
• Log each injection with dose, medication, date, time, route (SubQ/IM/IV), and injection site so you always have a searchable history — and can rotate sites.
• Save and reuse custom protocols for peptides, prescriptions, or personal therapies in a couple of taps.
• Reminders that match your cadence — daily, weekly, or specific weekdays — with multiple reminders per protocol and the dose amount shown right in the notification.
• Cycles: run on/off schedules (weeks on, weeks off) with reminders that follow the cycle automatically. (free account)
• Titration / warm-up: ramp a dose up or down over time, with a reminder for each step. (free account)
• Custom interval reminders: schedule doses every X days and keep long-horizon reminders firing on time. (free account)
• Review past and upcoming injections in the calendar or list view, with quick swipe actions to edit or delete.
• Serum Concentration Insights: visualize past and future concentration curves, see percent-of-peak and remaining dose, and review pharmacokinetic details for select medications.
• Blend protocols: create protocols for multi-peptide vials, see the per-ingredient dose breakdown for every injection, and get concentration insights for each individual constituent.
• Medication Glossary: browse details for all supported medications in one dedicated view.
• Your data, your control: export everything to CSV and delete your account and data anytime.
• Available in English and German.

### 3/5 — Bug

*2026-08-16, version 2.0.3*

Dose Ramp Up doesn't work. I can click the button

### 5/5 — Easy to use and free

*2026-08-09*

This app makes it easy to know my doses and log when I take one. It’s free and very helpful with its visual references! Thank you !

### 5/5 — Very Pleased

*2026-08-04*

Injectly has greatly improved my scheduling & tracking due to its customizable calendar and alerts.

### 5/5 — Reliable & Easy to Use

*2026-08-03*

I’ve been using Injectly constantly and it’s become my go-to app. The peptide info library is genuinely useful, and the daily tracking feature makes it easy to stay on top of everything without having to keep notes elsewhere. It’s clean, intuitive, and does exactly what I need without any bloat.

On top of all that, it’s completely free — which is pretty rare for an app this useful these days. No paywalls, no hidden fees, just a solid tool that works.

What really stood out was getting a personal email from the developer — it’s rare to see that kind of direct engagement these days, and it shows how much care goes into this app. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something reliable in this space!

**Developer response:** Jan 3, 2026: Scheduled reminders are now showing up in the calendar view, thank you for the feedback Gabrielle

Edit, Aug 5, 2026: Wow, thank you so much for the kind words of support Gabrielle!

### 4/5 — good but could be great

*2026-07-23*

app does most everything great, but only includes estimated levels for the past month. doses from prior to the current month drop off from the calculated levels, which impacts tracking. this results in the level on a given date gradually falling as it approaches 30 days in the past when it shouldn’t change. otherwise the app works great.

**Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for catching that bug. It's now fixed with version 2.0.2!

### 5/5 — Love the Simplicity

*2026-07-23*

Love the interface, very simple and easy to track. Still has a few issues to work out but improving greatly with each update.

### 3/5 — Could be great

*2026-07-20*

The idea and functionality of this app is great, but there’s a huge problem with the calendar. If I go in an edit a protocol, it doesn’t change my calendar. If I change the protocol to start next week, it still shows on my calendar for this week no matter how many times I edit and save it correctly.

**Developer response:** Hi Lori, thank you for the feedback. I just released version 2.0.2 with a fix. Calendar and protocol cards now match your schedule exactly - no dose markers on cycle off days or before a warm-up starts.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-07-15*

Has everything you could need without it being behind a paywall and the interface is great highly recommend

### 5/5 — Powerful

*2026-07-11, version 1.2.9*

Great for tracking, date, time, dose! All in one place!

### 5/5 — Greatest App for Peps

*2026-06-26*

AMAZING!! This app has been the best kept secret. I enjoy using it the reminders, half-life insight, and calculator. They all working amazing and make it so easy to follow. Especially if it’s your first cycle.
