واجهة المستخدم سيئة جدا، تم رفض الاشتراك لاسباب مجهولة اعتقد ان اتصلات المغرب يجب ان تكون حازمة في توفير اجود الخدمات مقابل السعر، لان الاثمنة مبالغ فيها و الجودة رديئة جدا.

طبيق فكرته ممتازة ويقدم تجربة رقمية حديثة مع قوة شبكة اتصالات المغرب، خصوصًا من ناحية التغطية والاستقرار.  خصوصا و أنا زبون لأكثر من 15 سنة 
واجهة التطبيق ليست جيدة، بما يكفي لتنافس من في السوق كًwin او orange 
التطبيق يحتاج تحسينات مهمة:

* مشاكل أحيانًا في تفعيل الباقات
* بعض البطء داخل التطبيق
* خدمة العملاء غير مريحة بتاتا ،  مدة انتضار طويلة، للا يوجد عملاء . 
* توجد Bugs بسيطة تؤثر على التجربة

إذا تم تحسين الاستقرار والدعم التقني، يمكن أن يصبح من أفضل التطبيقات في المغرب.

This app is honestly one of the worst telecom apps I’ve used. Nothing works properly or consistently. The payment process is unnecessarily complicated, and to make things worse, I’ve been charged twice for the same subscription before.

There are no useful notifications either — you don’t even get a reminder when your pass is about to expire, which is basic functionality for this kind of service. On top of that, the dashboard randomly stops working, making it impossible to check usage or manage anything when you actually need it.

Overall, the app feels poorly built and unreliable. It seriously needs major improvements because right now it’s just frustrating to use.  I regret to use it, i will switch go orange or inwi because of this

I lost my phone and I was in harry to recover my phone data to provide it to the police, but there is no way to activate eSIM online, we should wait for 2 to 7 days to get the sim , this is not 100%digital.
I asked for new sim, paid for it and I cannot see the status of the request in the app.
I wanted to ask for help, only robot available with only few type of questions/answers.

ثانياً اخذت باقة برقم الاتصالات الخاص بي لتفادي مدة توصيل الشريحة والمصيبة الغي رقمي ولا توجد خدمة وتم قطع النت والان لي اكثر من ساعة والخدمة لم تعمل
ثالثا لا يتم الرد في الشات بشكل مباشر ولا تستطيع التواصل معهم مباشر ويتم ارسال الطلب والرد دايما نفس الرد 
نصيحة تجربتي معهم سيئه وتسببت لي بالكثير من المتاعب ولا انصح به
