### 4/5 — Good programme but…

*2025-11-24, version 1.6.131*

I really like the clarity of the instructions and ability to refer to videos which are filmed from different angles to demonstrate how to perform accurately. Also the inclusion of a pain feedback loop to lessen potential aggravating injuries which I feel is important if you’re trying to improve a disc injury without a physio at hand to advise. However every time I finish’s workout the progress towards stage 2 changes—yesterday it was 55%, today it had jumped back to 33% again. I’m somewhat reluctant to pay for the full app programme in case I remain stuck on stage 1 forever, in the same manner.

### 2/5 — Ok app, bad customer service

*2023-09-04, version 1.6.125*

I’m very frustrated with this app. I signed up for a year membership as it said I would have a 14 day free trial before being charged. But my card was charged immediately. When I reached out to ask for a refund they took a long time to process anything, and asked me for sensitive info via email like my bank account number, and then told me they couldn’t give me a refund and offered me a gift card instead. Felt very sketchy and left me very annoyed.

### 4/5 — Helping me get on the road to recovery

*2022-04-11, version 1.6.111*

I’m really finding this app helpful and the aesthetic perfect as I treat 3 different areas and get back to training. A few things I’d recommend so far:
- The X to close out the video needs to be a color other than white as the video background is also bright which makes it a bit of hit and miss.
- Video controls could be larger on the screen
- An Apple health integration would be a plus; want to let the app know I’m doing exercises!

### 2/5 — Liked the app, but videos stopped playing

*2020-09-29, version 1.6.39*

I really liked this app, and wanted to do the exercises more, but suddenly the videos stopped playing. My partner also had the same experience with their app. I even updated the app, and it’s still happening. Very disappointing/frustrating.

### 4/5 — Amazing rehab app

*2020-04-22, version 1.5.62*

It helped me more than chiropractor! Im being very careful with every move but it’s obvious the app has designed very carefully. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Great idea!

*2019-06-24, version 1.2.6*

And it’s working for me so far. Well worth it.

### 5/5 — Feels good

*2019-06-14, version 1.2.6*

I've been suffering from back pain for a long time and it was the worst time I have ever had, but this app has helped me a lot and it makes me feel very good. Thank you so much for this app.

### 5/5 — Kick off pain

*2019-06-14, version 1.2.6*

I have been using this app since a long time and have found this app to be very useful, it has helped me to get rid of my groin pain, it is the best app out there with a serious intention in helping people.

### 5/5 — Easy to follow

*2019-06-14, version 1.2.6*

All the exercises are easy to follow, they provide proper instructions for us to perfect it. Because if it's not done right, then probably we're doing it for waste. This app makes sure that we have the best out of them

### 5/5 — Incredibly awesome

*2019-06-14, version 1.2.6*

The app UI is the best and very easy to follow, I am so thankful for all the guide in the app, it has been my favorite app since it helped me with my back pain. Highly recommended.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Signed up for the year but still can’t access the workouts. No support option

*2023-11-03, version 1.6.125*

Signed up for the year but still can’t access the workouts. No support option so leaving this review until fixed. I have clicked support but only takes me to a web page on how to cancel. I want to try this app and willing to pay but it will not let me

### 1/5 — Subscription warning

*2023-01-07, version 1.6.115*

This is a paid app. It’s so frustrating to have to make an account, enter all my details, set up a treatment plan, and then find out that you need a subscription to access any of the apps functionality. Be upfront about it!

With everything being a subscription model these days, I personally don’t want to add another reoccurring payment to my monthly bills. I would have paid for a one off payment though.

### 1/5 — Must start a subscription

*2022-05-24, version 1.6.111*

Although there's a free trial available, you cannot try even one exercise without starting a subscription/free trial with card. A kick in the already hurting shin.

### 1/5 — This is a premium only app.

*2022-02-12, version 1.6.105*

This is a premium only app. They tell you once you sign up 😑. They take your email whether you want or not want their premium services.

### 1/5 — Not Able to Sign Up

*2021-08-13, version 1.6.88*

Doesn’t let me sign up through Google or Apple. Keeps giving me an error when I try to sign up that I already have an account with Apple but when I try to log in with the same Apple info it doesn’t let me in

### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs

*2021-04-05, version 1.6.76*

Requires subscription after 14 day trial. No heads up for this before registering your information. Who knows what they do with it now! I would give zero stars if I could!

### 1/5 — Not free

*2021-03-14, version 1.6.73*

Deceptive. Tricks you into setting up an account and workout plan, then you can’t access it without paying.

### 1/5 — Ripped off

*2021-01-28, version 1.6.57*

Terrible service and app, it is written that you have a 7 day trial, which is not true ,because as soon as you purchase apple gets the payment, and also excercises are not targeted for my condition, they show me excercises that makes my condition worse, I paid 60 australian dollars thinking to have a 7 day trial, did not work, a complete waste of money, please don’t purchase

### 1/5 — Subscription

*2020-12-11, version 1.6.55*

Can’t do anything without a subscription

### 1/5 — Scummy

*2020-12-10*

I get it. Subscription models have been the go to for years. But don’t offer a premium membership without first offering even the slightest resemblance of a free membership. Let people see what the workouts are like..

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Absolutely does what it promises

*2024-05-13, version 1.6.125*

Four years ago I felt crippled in my lower back and in the lockdowns I couldn't get any professional help. I tried this app and from the first few exercises I knew it was going to save me the relief was amazing. As the usability of the app is far above and beyond so many other programs, it helps form a habit and I've been using it three times a week ever since. My only suggestion would be for an extension pack for additional workouts so I can continue to develop strength where it's needed.

### 5/5 — Curing shoulder pain

*2023-06-21, version 1.6.119*

I had been doing hospital recommended exercises and was making slow progress and some regression too. Discovered Injury Map and followed there exercise plan and I am almost at full recovery very quickly. It is very good.

### 5/5 — Very helpful app!

*2023-04-12, version 1.6.119*

I have struggled with a painful heel on and off for a couple of years. I love walking and it was starting to get me down. The exercises in the app seem so far to be very effective. They are also very gentle and enjoyable to do - you will just need some exercise bands for a couple of the exercises - they don’t cost much. The videos are very clear and honestly, if I can do them, anyone can! My only niggle is that the app on my iPad won’t rotate to landscape - most iPad cover stands only work in landscape. Otherwise, great app and many thanks for putting it out there!

### 5/5 — Amazing !!! :D

*2022-10-23, version 1.6.115*

InjuryMap has helped enormously. I was struggling with rehabilitation for months. Noticeable results just after two weeks. My pain has reduced and I am more mobile. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Excellent results

*2021-02-09, version 1.6.65*

I’ve had lower back problems all my life during 40 years in nursing. This app has dramatically reduced my pain in 5 weeks...I’m now moving forward to phase 2 and looking forward to it! Thank you! Frank

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-12-24, version 1.6.56*

I tried many apps for stretching and there’s nothing like this. They explain each exercise very well, and it really helps.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2020-11-18, version 1.6.51*

Really great app, gives great physio exercises every day which vary depending on how you’re doing. Good videos so you you can do the exercises alongside the model. Only improvement would be to add a section for shin splints, as this is the reason I originally downloaded the app, but the exercises I have been following for Achilles heel seem to be similar and I feel like it’s having a positive effect.

### 5/5 — Five weeks

*2020-06-03, version 1.5.81*

This program helps me do exercises that help me while keeping them from being boring. I can see and feel progress in my mobility on the tennis court even though I am 76.

### 5/5 — Super Helpful

*2019-10-27, version 1.3.3*

I’ve been injured for a while and I finally feel like I’ve found something that can help me

### 5/5 — Sue

*2019-09-07, version 1.2.6*

Have had ongoing issues for a few years now with plantar fasciitis and in the last year achilles tendinopathy. I have been visibly a physio for over a year which has been helping but not curing the problem. Since using the app with the range of exercises my Achilles pain appears to be reducing allowing me to feting back to playing competitive tennis. I have already recommended the app to several of my friends.
