## What is InjuryTrak V2?

For years offices have spent a great deal of time and money gathering data and getting beat out by competition because of delays. Now you can easily get all that information in Real time delivered to your mobile device.

The InjuryTrak app is designed to be a mobile call centre so you never miss a lead even while you are on the go.

InjuryTrak scans all 88 counties in the State of Ohio for accidents involving your local residents and then delivers the information to your mobile device to easily click to call with all relevant accident information provided including:

Name
Date of Accident
At fault/ Non- At fault
Age
Phone Number

Also included is a link to the PDF Crash Report

Once your call is placed easily disposition the calls to track outcomes and easily manage follow-ups as needed. You can schedule appointments and automatically send confirmation emails to the office and to the prospect.

Our app communicates with the desktop platform to document all call activities for State compliance and maintains an internal Do Not Call list to insure you never recall someone that does not wish to be contacted.

Our desktop application provides a full suite of metrics to track call performance. At a glance know how many reports were added, number of calls made, and outcomes. As a manager you can easily see how your team is performing and spot trends that are going great but also those that need to be improved.

The other great benefit is you can establish preferences in the system so that you are only receiving leads that match your search criteria. This helps to filter the prospect information so you are only reaching out to your ideal prospect.
