Also, how is it NetherRealm and Kabam have the same level of customer interaction (0) as I have spoken with nobody about this issue, though I have called and emailed. ### 1/5 — Fix these artifacts *2026-08-12, version 6.7.1* It’s not far how the fact that I’m getting frozen to the death and I can’t do nothing while the ai spams the same god dam special move attacks. How is this even not toxic hello? What even is the purpose of this game? Is this a pay to win because why on earth am I getting frozen to death while their (aka ai bots arena mode) special attacks are green… which means two bars or not even bars which allows them to keep using the spam special attacks. This game has to be one of the most unfair and yet pay to win. Where the hell can I get the dam frozen artifact? Why the hell am I even calling it… oh wait they make you have to pay for it lol. Pathetic. Certain characters frozen ability’s needs to be changed because it’s reckless how toxic it can be. as a free to play player that can’t get certain artifacts or anything. I love Batman and love using him and will always use Kara as well. Only reason why I play this game is to enjoy my favorite characters. But how the way this game is going is jus stressful. Arena mode is just… doesn’t make any sense. Ai bots just know every move you make. I don’t understand this game and why it’s so unfair that arena ai bots are so toxic. I can’t beat them without them already knowing which move ima about to make. How on earth does an ai bot interrupt my special attacks?? It’s like hackers don’t even need to cheat. You guys get paid to do the cheating. True love/ hate relationship. The Devs have been gifted a money maker and they do absolutely nothing to respect that gift they have been given. Update 6.7.1. This game ahas the absolute worst in game chat interface of any mobile game I have ever played as well. You type in message and every space bar strike slides away keyboard briefly causing missed strikes. Then you put in 200 of 400 character limit to feedback and it magically erases all previous characters. They could start anywhere on chat interface literally anywhere and it would make a significant improvement. Then glitches starting happening over and over again especially in arena when you are ranked vs other players and every point counts. The game will get stuck and when opponent has only 1 character left they won’t tag in and you time out forfeiting the match. This has happened a dozen times costing me valuable rewards, the developer told me - sorry we don’t provide compensation for players for bugs or glitches. -stay away the developer doesn’t care and didn’t make things right. ### 1/5 — Marvel is better! *2026-08-14, version 6.7.1* To call this a game would be disrespectful to all games that ever existed. That Max that you put on character isn’t actually true. This game also steals. I’ve seen characters lose shards out of no where and contacted support with no help. Game crashes during raids and makes you lose turns or you beat an opponent and the next opponent never kicks in which makes you lose the fight. Stay away from this game.
