## What is Ink Notary?

Ink Notary ist eine Datenerfassungs-App für KMU und Einzelunternehmer in den Bereichen Tattoo und Kosmetik.
Die gesetzlich verlangte vollständige Dokumentation der verwendeten Produkte während dem Arbeitsprozess kann unkompliziert und zeitsparend erstellt werden durch Scannen der Barcodes und/oder QR Codes der Produkte, die du verwendest. Die vollständige Produkterfassung wird dem Termin/Kunden zugeordnet und ein PDF generiert. Du kannst die PDFs bei Bedarf auch ausdrucken.
Durch das Synchronisieren von bestehenden Kalendern wie Google, Apple oder Shore sind die Kundendaten direkt im System gespeichert.
Dank der umfassenden Produkteliste behältst du die Übersicht über deine Materialbestände und hast die Möglichkeit, die Produkte direkt deinem Warenkorb hinzuzufügen.  So hast du jederzeit die Übersicht, was bestellt werden muss.
