We have number of devices working with 2.4g only and all connecting properly. All of them work until two months ago when one of them fell to pair and I’ve yet to be able to get it back online and be able to monitor it with the app. I wrote several times to Inkbird support and yes, they did eventually respond. However, I tried to get someone on the phone to talk me through getting the device repaired to the app and no one followed up to this day. I’m sure this company has a phone and someone that can pick up a phone and call me, but they haven’t done it. Now I have two of the other devices that are off-line and I can’t get them back online. Maintains temp very well but only when conditions are already extremely close. Adapters aren’t easy to remove so it’s difficult to cope the vents and allow BBQ to heat to setpoint the just replace fan.
