## What is InkCast?

UV radiation breaks down tattoo ink over time. Red and yellow inks fade fastest. A tattoo on your hand gets more UV than one on your chest. But how do you know which tattoos are at risk today?

InkCast checks the real-time UV index at your location and gives each of your tattoos a daily Ink Fade Score based on your specific ink colors, body location, and tattoo age.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add your tattoos: pick the ink colors, body location, and when you got each one.
2. InkCast fetches the current UV index for your area.
3. You get a personalized fade risk score for each tattoo, plus SPF reminders when UV is high.
It takes 30 seconds to set up. No account required.

DAILY INK FADE SCORE
See your overall fade risk at a glance. Green means your ink is safe today. Red means high UV exposure for your most vulnerable tattoos. Hourly UV chart shows the full day ahead.

INK COLOR VULNERABILITY
Not all inks fade equally. White and yellow fade fastest under UV. Black is the most resistant. InkCast factors in the specific colors of each tattoo.

SPF REMINDERS
Get timed reminders to reapply sunscreen based on current UV intensity. Higher UV means more frequent reminders.
