## What is Inklings?

Inklings is a pencil-first notebook for iPad. No keyboard, no touch input, no distractions. Just you and your Apple Pencil.

AN INFINITE GRID OF PAGES

Inklings gives you an infinite 2D grid of fixed-size pages, like index cards spread across a huge table. Navigate quickly between pages, or zoom out to see your whole notebook at once and rearrange pages by hand.

FEELS LIKE PAPER

Pages never zoom or pan accidentally. Rotate your iPad and the content stays put, just like a paper notebook. Fixed page sizes. Each page is its own space. Stuff stays where you put it.

YOUR TOOLS

Pens, pencils, and highlighters in multiple colours. Light and dark mode. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

NOTEBOOKS

Keep multiple notebooks and create new ones as your ideas grow. Zoom out to see them all at a glance.

EXPORT TO OBSIDIAN

Export any notebook as a JSON Canvas file for archiving in Obsidian. Each page exports as a folder of JPEGs with an accompanying .canvas file for importing directly to Obsidian.
