## Most critical reviews (2 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No longer responding

*2019-08-27*

This worked great for a while, but the ap on the phone and the iPad no longer can find it. I need to kill the AC to turn it on and off, and I can only get the color it was last set for (white) months ago. There has been no updates or support.

### 2/5 — A lot of potential

*2016-04-16*

The light bulbs are well made and look nice. However, the app to control the light needs a lot more work.

Here are some critical suggestions to the developer. Unless I see these fixes implemented it will be very difficult to justify buying additional bulbs or recommending them to anyone else for purchase.

1. Every time I run the app it scans the entire network. This is extremely annoying and unnecessary. Scan for the lights once and store it until the user requests another scan or the light bulbs are no longer responding to the app. It takes to much time just to turn the lights on and off. Very inefficient. Please fix.

2. Please make the interface more user friendly. As soon as I run the app I should have quick access to turn on or off my light group or individual lights. I should not have to navigate to any other screen to do this.

3. The sleep function does not work properly. Please fix because it is a great feature and one of the main reasons I purchased the light bulbs.

4. Adjusting the intensity and color of the light needs to be easier. As of this writhing changing the color is ok but the intensity is tricky because when you try to dim the light the screen start to scroll. It's very frustrating setting the light to low intensity because of this flaw.

5. Create an ifttt.com channel for the lights so it's easy to integrate with other home automation products as well as increase the usefulness of the bulbs.

Thank you and I hope you listen to one of your current customers.
