Saying you'll be adding new facilities soon, it's been half a year now and nothing has changed. Don't send me a response that tells me to get in touch with your tech support, do better as a company. Especially with 70+ reviews that are all one star, do better. ### 1/5 — I wasted money *2026-07-12, version 1.6.1* This is the worst experience. My cousins mom is dying on hospice and I paid for phone calls and text messages. He’s not receiving anything and I cannot call. This is a disgrace. Very frustrating. I was hoping for a solution to be able to communicate. His mom so desperately needs to hear from him before she passes. He could read my text messages, but he could not respond. I was never able to call him because it said I wasn’t approved. Every time I try to message the person I added to the account, I get “ insufficient funds” error. Then they want you to contact customer service to get it fixed? No thanks. Took a picture of the screen for proof. When I set up my password on the app. I didn’t get you can use that. I managed to add some cash to the account at the jail.
