Also putting money on Cantina and video calling money are two different money and if you want to give music it’s like $1.95, which is fine but then you have like nine dollar convenience fee. ### 1/5 — Inmate canteen *2026-03-18, version 1.5.2* They have a wrong phone number for me and no one to contact to get it fixed. Not able to even use this app because of wrong number. Use internet one not this. Took a picture of the screen for proof. When I set up my password on the app. I didn’t get you can use that. I managed to add some cash to the account at the jail. Got an email saying that But no credit. It worked perfect the first time I used it and I tried to use it the next day and there are only a few states on it, and mine isn’t and it just says more states will be added soon. My son needs money NOW!! I’m so upset. When using Inmate Canteen it directs me to Team 3 Inmate Canteen, so I go web site it directs me to reopen inmate canteen. So I find my friend and click on phone, I get message saying insufficient funds add money, but it repeats saying, go back to Team 3 Inmate Canteen and viscous circle repeats it self. You can text but it’s better if you just text the inmate’s phone number from your messaging app on your phone. This is a waste of space on my phone! It’s coming up blank page Now ### 1/5 — scam *2025-04-26* for as much money as they charge in fees to load money onto inmates account (SEPARATE from messaging funds) you’d think they could afford to pay someone who knows what they’re doing, but as it stands, looks like it must have been developed by a volunteer orangutan who was deprived of oxygen in the womb. -5/5 for the audacity of these people to try and turn the darkest points of some people’s/families lives into profit is absolutely disgusting. do better. **Developer response:** Our app is currently going through new development phases. I have no way to get it back or at least I haven’t found a way to get ahold of anyone! Filled out all information and clicked create account. Pops up “you have to accept the user agreement” to continue. Well, no spot that has user agreement or the ability to select agree to said agreement. So, this app is not usable and has bugs Aparently. My cousins mom is dying on hospice and I paid for phone calls and text messages. He’s not receiving anything and I cannot call. This is a disgrace. Very frustrating. I was hoping for a solution to be able to communicate. His mom so desperately needs to hear from him before she passes.
