This app is terrible you can’t login and you go to website you can’t find the person you are trying to send money to. It’s horrible!!!

This has to be hands down one of the most defective, bug ridden, swear word inducing app ever to exist on the internet!! No matter how many times you enter the latest code from email after it rejects the most recent password change- which it does every time you log in - it rejects that one as well!!

I can’t believe how bad this app is! Even the website is not functional! A banner for the app on Google Play and the App Store covers up the top part of the page and cannot be removed!! I have tried multiple times on their website and the app and cannot find the person I am trying to financially help even listed at the facility! This app needs to be updated and upgraded so it can actually work!! It is a very sad state of affairs at the moment!! ☹️😣😫

I was able to create an account and add a form of payment easily, but when I try to search for the person I’m looking for, the app logs me out immediately. It literally just doesn’t work.

Says it sent me a code to my email if I didn’t get it in my email it went to my spam I did not get it in either one and now it is froze up wanting me to enter this code it will not let me start over. I sent an email and I have not yet had a response from them to fix this problem.
