When I click I forgot password says no account exists. I then tried my husband’s information and I get the same run around. So bottom line this app or website is faulty and still no login. Thanks ### 2/5 — Frequent Forced Logouts *2025-07-21, version 1.7.2* The app works well enough for what I need (phone calls / account top-ups) when you are fully signed in. I can accept calls through the app (which I cannot through my standard phone due to touch tone not working through my carrier), but those calls only come in when I am logged in… and the app logs you out every 30-60 minutes! There is little point to being able to accept calls through the app if you have to be monitoring it constantly to ensure you’re signed in. Will happily adjust my review upwards if InmateSales resolves this issue. ### 1/5 — App Crashes *2025-07-13, version 1.7.2* Loved one calls 15 times in a row and doesn’t even ring through causing missed phone calls!! I have filed a complaint with the FCC. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-05-03, version 1.7.2* There are so many technical issues with this app I normally don’t write reviews but this app is the only way to contact my loved one while they are away and the app keeps crashing or when they call me says insufficient funds yet there is almost 20 dollars on the account which is why I’m only rating this app 1 star and I’ll change my rating if something is done to fix this issue ### 2/5 — Texts don’t work *2025-04-23, version 1.7.2* I’m not receiving my loved ones texts they show me on their video call that they’ve been sent. And they have to pay to even text customer support which is crazy. 20 min hold time for their customer service is ridiculous as well. Please fix whatever is going on!! Also why can’t I email a customer service only phone call that is crazy! ### 1/5 — Unacceptable lack of information *2025-04-19, version 1.7.2* Here’s the critical information that should be readily available for users but can only be obtained after sitting on hold an hour and knowing how to get your questions answered. 1. A fifteen minute phone call is $3. That should be clearly stated somewhere but now you know. 2. You can’t accept phone calls on a cellular phone if it’s on speaker or if you have Bluetooth enabled. It took me a full nightmare of a day to figure that out. I don’t understand how they can have an app or website without a FAQ page or any information on how much money it takes to get a single phone call. Everytime my person tried to call me it wouldn’t show me they were calling or show me I missed the call the only reason I knew they had been trying to call was because I went to my call log to see why they hadn’t called. So I deleted the app and tried to reinstall and now it’s telling me I have to pay 6$ to get the app back. It appears to be designed to not work and/or frustrate users into abandonment. Why an app that is being used for a voice telephone calls must be on wifi and is somehow nonfunctional on 5g or better defies logic. I can hear the inmate fine, but having no wifi essentially mutes me? Everything about this is predatory and designed to extract more money out of the relatives of those incarcerated. The app developer deserves to be incarcerated as much as anyone else. ### 1/5 — Login/create *2026-03-25, version 1.8.2* just downloaded this app today and they already said that my phone number already has a account to it. I’ve never used this app before meaning someone probably used this app before with this phone number. That’s the only way you’re able to make a account is with your phone number so if someone already used it pin then you can’t make a account to contact your loved ones couldn’t find a phone number or email to contact the developer for this so I’m only reluctant to make a review review hoping someone will reach out which is foolish. Developers should make another way to create a account. There’s not even a accounts reset button on there. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-03-20, version 1.8.2* If I could give this a zero stars, I would you’ve taken $50 of mine. I can’t even do the chirp. I can’t even do anything but continuously keep adding money and you can’t get through to anybody to get any help. You should be shut down for the way you treat people and how much lack of communication you leave inmates to families you take their money and you don Return it the fees are outrageous. Literally $15. You have to pay $21 cause there’s a such a big service fee and I can’t even communicate with them. I want my money back but you guys don’t even do that please this is ridiculous if you got it right, I will give you more stars but now I would love to do negative -5 ### 1/5 — Should be a crime *2025-12-28, version 1.8.2* Not only are they making profit from incarcerated people but they also charge way more than should be allowed. And every move you make has a damn fee added on. Wanna add 20 bucks? plus 3 I think it is and you can’t buy a bunch of phone time at once because they wouldn’t be able to add the 3 dollar fee every 15 I think it is. I would have never thought we would be charged money to be able to “visit” with someone in jail. And the wealthy criminals usually don’t stay locked up long,if they’re ever arrested which they obviously aren’t but the majority of inmates are poor people. It won’t even bring up the login page. The calls always dropping or in and but the calls are cheaper through the app. The amount they charge for the 15min calls is ridiculous bcs the service is poor quality. ### 1/5 — Does not work and customer service does not care *2025-09-29, version 1.8.2* This app drops calls a minute and a half into the call when I’m not in WiFi. My phone works perfectly fine on normal phone calls. I called customer service and after waiting on hold for an hour, they told me they won’t do anything about it and I just can’t talk to my husband if I’m not in WiFi. If this wasn’t the only way for me to connect to him I absolutely would not use this app. ### 1/5 — Works 50% of the time *2025-07-30, version 1.7.2* It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to load money on your loved ones chirp/tablet and the app just keeps kicking you out and telling you to log in again.
