I did have an issue paying rent one time because usually transfer the money into my account online right before I pay my rent. I had a problem with Plaid not updating information on how much my bank account had quick enough so it wouldn’t let me charge the account. Clicking any notifications takes the app forever to open up. I usually close the app and reopen in order to get it open up a little faster. ### 1/5 — BEWARE Funds being withheld. *2026-04-15, version 9.0.0* I signed up for Innago property management portal this month to manage a few of my properties easier and deciced to test it out with one of my new tenants who was switching properties with me. He submitted his deposit as well as his first month without issue and all was well up until the morning that the funds were suppose to be settled into my account. When trying to login that afternoon before as well as the morning before my account was blocked from access as well as my tenant. Since i've researched online and have seen that this has been done to not a few but several people which is a little fishy to me. I've sent an email over as of 2AM to get the ball rolling on whatever the outcome will be but I want to be proactive and ensure I have customer service due to the amount of funds that are being held. To be clear Innago isn't a bank and I do no have time or need for my or tenants funds to be parked at a place for their use in the meantime. These funds either need to be settled or refunded back to the tenant to use a different platform. The tenant has provided a screenshot of charge taken by INNAGO LLC on April 9th 2026 in the amount of 6,722.00. ### 1/5 — Can’t log into my bank account *2026-04-11, version 9.0.0* I want to set up autopay and when I try and log into my bank account it says “looks like this part of the app is not working right now” with a “contact us” button that doesn’t work. I did and I am happy with it. It has a feature where as a renter you can set up automatic payments so you don’t ever have to worry about your rent not being paid on time and a feature where it reports those to your credit companies which is having a positive impact and I am grateful for that. This app is user friendly and easy to navigate.
