This has been an ongoing issue since the new year. Heck I don’t think you guys did one weekly update in January. I try to analyze and work on my relationships using information from it. Very useful ### 2/5 — Terrible Grammar, Wrong Pronouns, & Weird Privacy Policy *2024-04-20, version 8.0.6* If you can get past the bad grammar on every single slide, and the wrong pronouns on every slide, the human design info is actually helpful so I give it two stars. But with all the reviews asking to to fix the grammar, you’d think they would have by now. $9.99 a week after the 3 day trial period is a LOT to ask for a faulty product. In addition to the grammatical errors, every slide has a series of sentences that use two pronouns, for example, “her their skin reflects the condition of her their overall health.” It’s like that on every single slide. That part of the code is not hard to fix so it’s just weird that they haven’t, whereas I can understand the grammar can take a little longer to fix. It’s not easy to read at all, and add grammar and spelling errors on top of the mix of pronouns to further confuse. Also, if you consent to using the app, their privacy policy says you then consent to their storing, processing, and transferring of your photos, videos, audio recordings, and “structured data.” There is literally no reason for them to store those things, it’s not like Instagram where users utilize their photos, videos, audio to post. This is just enter your birth info and read about yourself. Why would this human design app need my audio recordings? But what is also confusing about it is in Apple privacy settings, there is no record of my allowing them this access, like for instance Instagram has access to camera, selected photos, microphone. But this app is not on the list of apps I have given this access to, so I am not sure how they have it or if it is legal to not disclose that in the Apple privacy settings, no matter what we “consented” to by way of simply using the app. I saw the developer reply to a review about this and they dodged it by simply stating they do not access all of that personal data without consent, but you all should know that consent means using the app at all. So yeah, duh, of course they cannot access it if you never used the app. It’s a bummer cause I think they have a product that could be great if they fix all of the above and lower that crazy weekly price of $9.99 after the 3 day trial period. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Missing Cities *2026-08-05, version 13.1* I can’t generate a horoscope or birth chart because the large city I was born in is missing from the list of options. I mean at all, I’ve deleted, redownloaded, I did it all. It will not work, not matter what I do. Would not find my birth city even though it’s a major city ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-06-10, version 8.0.9* I hit the option to try the free trial. It charged me the full price and no where to contact anyone. Can’t even get into the app to try it out without paying. No thanks, I don’t pay for things without knowing what I’m getting. ### 1/5 — This app offered a free trial, but charged $60 *2024-05-24* They advertised a free trail for a few days or something, so I confirmed the subscription. Then when I went to turn off the auto renew in settings I noticed I had several months before the next billing cycle. Checked my bank account the next day, and they’d charged me $65. It didn't provide the city or the country I was born in listed at all. I was born in Majuro, Marshall Islands. It's an Island out in Micronesia, which resides in the pacific ocean. I completely understand that most people have never heard of this country because of education and maybe ignorance, so I'm leaving a 1 star review. I just personally as a "creator of an app" would take every aspect into consideration and do hard research.
