### 3/5 — Awesome practices, app needs work

*2025-12-29, version 2.5.1*

The practices are great! But the app is buggy. In the last week I haven’t been able to get through an entire video without having it crash multiple times.

### 4/5 — Great Variety

*2025-04-07, version 2.2.3*

I downloaded the app for when I’m on the go but primarily use the web version (bigger screen). I love the variety of classes to choose from, as well as the different types of programs that are offered.

Some folks commented that they can’t steam from the app to another device but I’m able to stream from iPhone to MacBook without any issues.

Comments: I love that the app has a history section to track your progress. That said, it still Your Practice in 2024 and Minutes Practiced in 2024. It’s April 2025 so might be nice to update this and track accordingly. I’m also not sure why there is a discrepancy between the number of practices/minutes this month vs. this year because I started using the app in April so the information should align.

Otherwise, I think the app (or web version) is a great investment.

### 3/5 — Decent but needs improvement

*2024-09-19, version 2.0.10*

I really enjoy the videos on YouTube so I downloaded the app to try it out.

- there’s no way to create an account or subscribe/manage account from the app
- I tried the 28-day yin sleep program and honestly, he talks SO MUCH. At one point he was talking about how long it takes the light from the nearest star to reach earth. Like dude, I’m just trying to wind down before bed. Stop talkinggggg.
- there’s virtually no alternate movements for people with less flexibility or less experience. I had no idea what to do in several instances where I couldn’t do the movement. No alternative was given.

### 2/5 — New version sucks

*2024-04-30, version 2.0.0*

The new interface has a very cheap looking feel and cheesy features with icons that make it look like social media rather than the previous Netflix look. The thumbnails are smaller too.. It seems like a tactic to save space and money. Also, on the level up 108, the meditation classes are missing! What the heck? All that tracking, and you still didn’t give us a calendar? A customizable calendar is what we want, not vanity metrics that have a wonky display (minutes practices over 1000 can’t even fit on one line; the message in the purple message box is cut off) The play back interface and icons, like the menu, also looks cheap and cheesy. Awful update decisions. Go back or do better. The only thing I like better is that you can hide previously completed classes and not scroll so far. Not sure if this is a money saving tactic or you are seeking a different audience…

### 5/5 — My most favorite app EVER

*2024-03-26, version 1.2.4*

I can’t say enough about Travis and Lauren’s classes, series and programs… it’s absolute medicine for my soul.

### 5/5 — Wonderful program

*2024-03-24, version 1.2.4*

I have been a member for over 5 years and am continually amazed and impressed with the quality of the programs. They also have excellent customer service the few times I have run into issues

### 5/5 — Best Daily Practices

*2024-02-23*

Since starting the program three weeks ago, I feel stronger, more grounded, and centered. At 71 years young i have found my daily practice with Travis. His movement guidance combined with his words of wisdom make a practice that I look toward to every day.

### 5/5 — Doesn’t get any better

*2024-01-06, version 1.2.3*

Inner Dimension TV was introduced to me over two years ago by my best friend and I haven’t looked back since. I have completed several of their programs and am currently absolutely loving their new one - Flow & Stretch. I am one of those who typically finds the gentle and yin classes harder (mentally anyway) but did Day 7 Upper Body Pliability this morning and found myself feeling more relaxed and present in my body than I have in a long time. Pure bliss!!!! Thank you. Keep up the incredible work - I can only imagine how much effort and heart goes into each and every class.

### 5/5 — Yoga review

*2023-12-23, version 1.2.3*

Amazing channel filled with a wide variety of yoga options I love it

### 5/5 — Has changed my practice

*2023-11-09, version 1.2.3*

Amazing work has gone into this professional app and program. Thank you Travis and your team!

### 5/5 — Level Up 108

*2023-09-25, version 1.2.3*

This is a life changing program. From the moment I committed to 108 days of yoga I felt stronger. The content is difficult but Travis guides you through it, encourages without sugar coating. Watching this on video aspect is helpful because I can pause and rewind if I have trouble with a understanding s particular pose. I find myself standing taller, eating better, sleeping better, feeling better. I highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Best Yoga App out there

*2023-09-17, version 1.2.3*

Everyone has their preference for a style of a yoga teacher. I like that Travis infuses philosophy and yogic teachings and credos within the classes. Not only does the physical yoga strengthen the body but I feel the teachings also strengthen the mind. Travis has a unique gift for storytelling and infusing the right teachings and the right points within the physical practice. Some people are not a fan of that but I am. There are a variety of different classes within the app for students of all levels and various teachers as well. The classes are very well produced especially for an app. The production team is A1. I also noticed that some people did not like the fact that the series like PY108 and Level up 108 repeat classes but I believe they are structured this way for training periodization and also to build awareness of how you are evolving in your practice. If you did different classes every single time with different poses and flows, how would progress or have awareness of such? Your body tends to grow from muscle memory activation. The more you do similar patterns, your body remembers that and you continue to progress. I started through YouTube and progressed into an app user. I’ve lost 20lbs since I’ve started and become a stronger yogi. Thank you Inner Dimension Team. Keep doing what you do.

### 5/5 — Build a habit

*2023-08-03, version 1.2.3*

Live classes are fantastic, but Inner Dimension TV (or something of similar calibre if it exists) is the only way to build a daily practice, unless you are a yoga instructor or have unlimited time and resources. The instructions on how to hold your body in the poses are brilliant - you can almost feel yourself not getting injured. I love the music and am an avid fan of yin because of Power 108. Speaking of that series, you can see your progress in real time especially in week number 3, day two…

### 5/5 — Hooked on Travis’ classes

*2023-07-16, version 1.2.3*

I started with YouTube classes and have been subscribing to this app for about 3 years. I love the freshness and the style of Travis’ and Lauren’s classes. I tend to come back to the same ones again and again. Would 100% recommend to yogis that are bored with their current practice. Challenging and deeply grounding.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Videos are stopping while viewing

*2026-07-30, version 2.7.7*

I love the content of this app, but recently I haven’t been able to get through a video. Every video I haven tried to watch in the last few weeks have stopped on their own. This is especially annoying when you’re trying to do one of the meditations. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will have to cancel.

### 1/5 — Can’t create account

*2025-12-01, version 2.5.1*

I just downloaded this app. When I open it all I get is the sign-in page. That’s it. No way to create an account. If you tell me how to create an account I will surely change my rating because I love Travis’ yin yoga classes.

### 1/5 — Awful App, Awful Customer Service

*2025-01-22, version 2.1.2*

For starters, the app itself is terrible. The customer service is even worse. I attempted to cancel my membership the day they charged me and they refused to issue a refund. I’ll be reversing the transaction with my credit card company.

### 1/5 — Zero customer service

*2024-11-18, version 2.0.15*

I was charged for the yearly subscription but was not able to use it for several months due to personal circumstances. They ignored, never responded to my emails /requests for a refund. Just paused my subscription. Super disappointed!

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2023-05-06, version 1.2.1*

Won’t cast to my tv and when it dose will close multiple times and doesn’t hold where I left off, no problem with any other app love the yoga but getting fed up

### 1/5 — No captions for deaf and hearing impaired yogis

*2023-04-26, version 1.2.1*

I am a deaf yogi.I need captions.I requested captions to them however their answer was will consider in the future .It’s not urgent for them but for deaf yes to be able to understand fully.
I will give 5 stars for the content but zero star for the caption. This is not deaf friendly.
I hope they Can expedite this matter.

### 1/5 — Tasha

*2023-03-29, version 1.2.1*

It gives me no option to register? Just asks for username and password? Please help?

### 1/5 — Auto subscription ripoff

*2022-09-25, version 1.2.0*

I did not sign up for auto subscription and I just got dinged $166 bucks from my visa which I cannot do at this time

### 2/5 — Ok, but little new stuff

*2026-08-09, version 2.7.7*

It’s ok, slow app and little
New material

### 2/5 — Agressive Billing

*2026-05-05, version 2.6.7*

The content at Inner Dimension Yoga is genuinely strong well-produced, thoughtful, and effective for what it delivers. The pricing is aggressively high, but that’s a choice you can make with eyes open.
What’s unacceptable is their customer “service.” I was on medical leave for three months, physically unable to access or use my account, and didn’t log in once during that period. When I contacted them to cancel and requested a refund for those unused months—explicitly citing the medical situation—they coldly informed me of their “zero tolerance refund policy” and refused any exception. Follow-up appeals explaining the circumstances were met with the same corporate stonewall.
A studio that constantly lectures about ethics and mindfulness yet shows zero compassion for a verifiable medical hardship reveals exactly what it is: just another profit-driven operation wearing yoga pants. The high-minded branding rings hollow when basic human decency is off the table.
Is that the energy you want to participate with when practicing?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best app on my phone

*2026-05-22, version 2.7.2*

If had to keep one app this would be it. Fantastic yoga teaching and meditation that you can jump into whenever and wherever. It’s no exaggeration to say that this app has changed my life. Choose different styles of yoga in practices of different durations. The teaching is clear, well paced and the audio is great. Amazing value for money.

### 5/5 — Amazing teaches, needs 1 feature

*2025-11-12, version 2.5.1*

Been loving these classes for a couple years now. So many options, excellent instruction and programs. Love that you can turn music off (unlike other apps). But please just add a resume play or have the app remember where you left off. On the Apple TV, I’ll step away and when I get back it’s closed the player and I can’t return to where I stopped. Or if you accidentally hit home button your place is lost as well, it’s frustrating.

### 5/5 — The best Yoga programs!

*2025-09-17, version 2.3.2*

The app is great and the yoga programs and other material is absolutely the best! One thing is missing is Apple Watch app to make it a bit more convenient so you don’t need to start your Apple Watch workouts app manually every time to track your Yoga practice calories.

### 5/5 — Best Yoga App! Travis connects!

*2024-11-28, version 2.0.15*

I’ve been following Travis and Lauren’s Yoga sessions on YouTube for years and last year I bought an annual subscription. It was the best investment for myself. There is so much content and programs. It’s amazing!

### 5/5 — So Good!

*2024-04-30, version 2.0.0*

I love that I can start or end or break my day on my watch . Pick the class I want based on my energy levels , roll out my mat without having to go anywhere and just do yoga . Powerful classes for the mind ,body and spirit . I love this app 💕

### 5/5 — Yoga for Life

*2024-04-27, version 1.2.4*

Covid led me to follow Travis Elliott on YouTube which led me to join the Inner Dimension community and ultimately to attend a retreat in Mexico. This is quality yoga that inspires! I’m hooked!

### 5/5 — Excellent app! Amazing content

*2024-04-27, version 1.2.4*

Awesome

### 5/5 — Great App, Yoga, and Community

### 5/5 — Inner Dimension TV

*2024-04-17, version 1.2.4*

Superb app with fantastic instructors and powerful content of asanas, meditations, pranayama and more. I can’t go a day without it! This has been my daily guiding star for almost the last 7 years since the program began streaming! Love it!!

### 5/5 — Fabulous yoga app!

*2024-03-26, version 1.2.4*

I initially signed up for IDTV during early COVID. I have loved it ever since. I’ve learned so much and changed so much with the perfect daily practice at my fingertips. The diversity of styles, instructors, all the pranayama, philosophy and meditation make it truly holistic. Highly recommend!!!
