inner dream app helped me in so many ways, in a short time:

1. Easy to record my dreams. 2. Realized I dream a lot!
3. AI analysis allowed me to see subconscious patterns. 
4. My own inner work kept me going—there was a week where I wasn’t sure I wanted to see what I was uncovering, but then I did, and even chatted more with the narratives in the summary page to go deeper and ask advice to shift in waking life. 
5. As a mom, I brought out the app when my kid came to wake me up about his nightmare. We recorded what remembered and it helped me understand what he is scared of and struggling with in waking life. It turned into a wonderful insight for further conversations. He loves the image this app generated for him and asks to see it often and then we talk more about his inner feelings.
