The customer support is so poor - can’t even reach them; neither through the app itself or through their web based contact us. The subscriptions can confuse the user - it’s not the same as the Apple family plan. After subscription the family member has to download and have to ask the original person who bought it to add the email of the family member. My family member - thinking it’s like the Apple subscription; well now we have two family subscription and no way to resolve this. ### 5/5 — Susan Mears *2020-10-24* The SOS app is incredible - I have a profound fear of hospitals and medical procedures generally . I was due to have a four hour operation to remove a benign cyst on the right thyroid. I was terrified of the thought of it. I started using the app and was able to use the three breath technique to just drift away even before the premed took effect. I started the breathing , the anaesthetist said ‘are you meditating?’ I nodded and then just drifted into sleep ....the operation was a huge success and I made a very fast recovery.
