## What is Inner Sky?

How is the sky today?

Inner Sky is a calm mood journal that turns how you feel into weather. Drag the sky up or down for how strongly you feel it, pick the weather that fits (sunny, still, rainy, stormy), and let go. It's logged. Check in as often as you like; each moment paints your day.

YOUR INNER FORECAST
Most mood apps only look back. Inner Sky looks ahead. After a few days it learns your weekly rhythm and forecasts tomorrow's sky, with the reasons behind it.

TELL IT WHY
Tap what shaped a moment (sleep, work, family, money, and more) or add a few words. Inner Sky learns what lifts you and what weighs on you, and your forecast gets sharper.

YOUR ARC
See your day drawn as the sun's path, rising and falling with your weather, with a plain-language reading of what it means.

ALWAYS WITHIN REACH
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that log with one tap
• Siri: "Log a stormy sky in Inner Sky"
• A quiet morning forecast and an evening note, if you want them
• Breathing rituals matched to your weather

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no servers, no tracking. Lock it with Face ID. Apple Health and Calendar are optional and read only on your device.

INNER SKY PLUS
Unlock the full three-day forecast and the why behind it, sleep, steps and calendar in the forecast, what shapes you, six more weathers, all breathing rituals and ambient sound, your arc across months and years, the monthly Sky Letter, your year as a film and mosaic, Wallpaper Studio, larger widgets, and iCloud backup.

Plus is available yearly (with a 7-day free trial), monthly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your Apple ID settings.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-10-26

Meet Beany, a little cloud who walks you through the new Sky Lessons.

I made this update to help you understand your weather a little more, in a calm way:

• Beany and Sky Lessons: short, gentle lessons with touch-along scenes. Pop the worries, hold to breathe, drag the sun up, name a cloud, let it go.
• Moment courses: two-minute lessons for one kind of moment, like after a hard day.
• Your own reasons: if nothing fits what shaped your day, make one from your own words. It stays on your device.
• A longer look back: page your Week arc back, week by week.
• Softer sky sounds: gentle rain, wind and distant thunder. They stay off until you turn them on in Settings.
• Small fixes for iPhone SE and larger text sizes.

Thank you for spending a quiet minute with Inner Sky.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-12

A few small improvements to make checking in smoother. Inner Sky also has a new home on the web: helloinnersky.com, with how it works and support.

### 1.0 — 2026-10-09

No release notes.
