This App was realised from a long-held dream of the volunteers at Inner Space Vietnam to offer people a practical way to access peace and calm in their daily lives free of charge.

This App also supports in reducing stress, nurturing confidence in crisis, developing sleep quality, strengthening physical health, increasing harmony in relationships, managing anger, balancing life and thinking effectively.

Mình tình cờ biết Inner space Việt Nam qua youtube( tên Youtube cùng tên) rồi mới tải app. Ứng dụng hoàn toàn miễn phí, không hề có quảng cáo, có sách nói chia nhỏ ra từng mục, giới thiệu và hướng dẫn về thiền rất cụ thể, có những quote ngắn rất hay. Hi vọng được nhiều người ủng hộ hơn!
