To be honest, the Inner Strength Vibe app is amazing. It's incredibly user friendly and beautifully made, but more significantly, it makes you feel more positive and grounded. I think the daily affirmations are a great way to start the day, and the guided meditations are soothing and useful. Seeing your improvement over time is made simple by the journaling and mood monitoring capabilities, which is really motivating. This software is designed for everyone regardless of how long you have been practicing mindfulness.
