I’m very impressed with this app for a few reason. It’s nice looking, it is easy to use and most surprisingly to me, it appears based on the idea that meeting our needs across many areas of our life help improve our overall quality of life, and mental health. 

I have been learning NVC for many years but have only heard of this idea once before. I’d love to know more about the theories behind it. Justin if you read this and can reply I’d love to know more. 

Also thank you for making this app free. It’s great and I plan to recommend it to others. Needs for  growth that sustain my financial situation met. :)

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and it always helps me reset and generally be more mindful. The graphics are super helpful too!
