## What is InnerTen?

Inner Ten is a mental training companion for competitive pistol shooters in ISSF pistol shooting and related precision disciplines. It provides structured, audio-guided exercises for the skills that technique alone cannot build: staying present under pressure, executing a routine when the heart rate rises, and recovering after a bad shot.

WHAT YOU GET

Breathing - Guided protocols for activation, downregulation, focus, and between-shot reset, with an animated pacer and haptic feedback.

Visualization - Shooter-specific rehearsals for pre-match preparation, shot execution, pressure recovery, and finishing strong.

Mindfulness - Attention training adapted for the firing point, including presence, body awareness, acceptance, and task focus.

Pre-shot routine - Build your own cue-based routine, combine steps that fit your process, and rehearse it in timed practice.

Pressure tools - Practical protocols for stress inoculation, pre-match regulation, self-talk, and in-match reset when activation spikes.

Match day - A guided preparation flow that helps you arrive ready, focused, and settled before the first shot.

Competition debrief - Capture what happened right after the match, then review it in a structured evening debrief.

WHO IT IS FOR

Inner Ten is built for competitive pistol shooters, including 10m air pistol, 25m sport pistol, 25m rapid fire, 50m free pistol, and related disciplines. It is useful from club level to national level, and coaches can use it as a structured tool between sessions.

All guided audio is bundled in the app for offline use. All content is grounded in established pistol coaching methodology and sport psychology. This is not a generic meditation app.

ACCESS

Inner Ten offers Premium through weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Premium unlocks the full app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings after purchase.
