Ich frage mich wirklich, warum InnGrid bisher so wenige Bewertungen hat. Für uns ist die App aktuell eine der besten Lösungen, die wir für die Verwaltung von Übernachtungen gefunden haben.

Wer Monteurzimmer, Pensionen, kleinere Hotels, Gästehäuser oder sonstige Unterkünfte verwaltet, sollte sich die App definitiv anschauen. Die Bedienung ist einfach, die Buchungen sind übersichtlich, Zimmer lassen sich sauber verwalten und man hat alles Wichtige schnell im Blick.

Besonders außergewöhnlich finde ich aber den Support. Ich hatte eine Rückfrage bzw. einen Verbesserungsvorschlag und bekam innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine ausführliche, persönliche Antwort. Mein Hinweis wurde sogar direkt geprüft und als sinnvolle Verbesserung für eine kommende Version aufgenommen. So einen Service erlebt man bei Apps wirklich selten.

Wir haben lange nach einer unkomplizierten Lösung für unseren täglichen Betrieb gesucht und InnGrid funktioniert dafür wirklich hervorragend. Keine unnötig komplizierte Hotelsoftware, sondern genau die Funktionen, die man im Alltag tatsächlich braucht.

Von uns deshalb ganz klare 5 Sterne. Ich werde die App definitiv auch in unserer Branche weiterempfehlen.

• Ask InnGrid without opening it. Type or say "InnGrid arrivals" or "InnGrid today's plan" in Spotlight, in Shortcuts or to Siri — every phrase includes the app name, and that is how iOS finds it. The first time you ask, Siri offers to turn InnGrid's shortcuts on: tap that once and it answers from then on. Free, like the rest of the calendar.
• Enter prices per night, if that is how you bill — choose it once in Settings → Money, or switch it on any booking longer than one night. And a stay that runs across a month boundary now splits its revenue between both months by the nights actually spent in each, so a month's total in Stats matches what happened in it. Amounts you already saved are unchanged.
• InnGrid is now available in Greek and Russian — 13 languages in all, and the app follows whatever language your iPhone is set to.

• Cleaning goes from assigned to done without you chasing anyone. Assign a turnover or a departure to whoever is cleaning it, and they tick it off with one tap — your own Today tab then shows the time and who did it.
• "Invite staff" gives your cleaner their own link to one building. They see the rooms and what needs doing there — never your bookings, guest names or prices, because those never reach their device at all. A tick made with no signal survives closing the app and reads "unsent" until it goes out. Free for them, like the rest of the calendar.
• Your day on the Lock Screen. Three new widget shapes show today's arrivals and departures and the rooms they go to: a line above the clock, plus a circle and a rectangle below it. While the phone is locked, guest names never appear.
• Press and hold a booking on the calendar to change its status, pick "Share confirmation" or open it for editing — without leaving the calendar. On a run of day stays the menu says "all days (5)", so you can see what it will change.
• A day-stay range across several rooms is now ONE booking: choose the rooms and the dates together, and cancelling it is one delete and one "Undo". Undo after editing a booking now restores exactly what was there before, including rooms you had just added.
• On a Mac, dialogs fit the window instead of stretching across it, and the keyboard does what you would expect: Esc closes a dialog, ⌘↩ saves.
