However, I have a major concern about the location feature. Currently, the app displays a user’s town/location and doesn’t allow it to be changed, hidden, or generalized. This may not be an issue in large cities, but for users like me who live in small towns, this can make us easily identifiable and raises privacy concerns. It would be extremely helpful to have options such as: - manually setting a broader location (e.g., nearest city or region) - hiding location entirely - or allowing users to choose to share their location with matches Adding more control over location privacy would make the app feel much safer and more accessible, especially for rural users. Overall, I love the idea of the app, but improving this aspect would make a huge difference in user comfort and trust. ### 2/5 — Different name, same dating app *2026-02-26* You might meet someone if you take time to sift through the Indian and Pakistani guys with fake accounts posing as women. I’ve talked with three “women” and all of them have been scammers. The Dimensional app was great but there must be nobody moderating who makes profiles in INNI. ### 4/5 — For people who understand no one is perfect. *2026-02-26, version 0.1.104* So far it’s been an interesting journey. I learned some things about myself. Some good, some need work. But that’s precisely why this has the potential to succeed. If you’re not open to accepting your flaws and growing, then you should pass. Being vulnerable is part of finding something genuine. INNI delivers a unique matching experience. The Insights provided by @inni are astounding. I’d love to have the ability to chat with the Ai model outside of a match chat. The personality analysis is profoundly good. Outside of the algorithms and insights, it still could use a little user experience refining imho. The chat function when you make a match works fine. Though I haven’t found a way to send pictures or voice messages. I’m assuming that’s somehow tied to your communication preferences but to me that wasn’t clear. This could use a little clarification or a FAQ answer. I’d also like the capability to add more than ten interests. I really don’t get why there is a limit. Would more data not be better for everyone involved? As for the people complaining about nothing in their area.. do you honestly believe that your ideal match is local? Based on what? Maybe it’s time you reevaluate what a genuine lasting connection is worth to you and what you’d do for it. It’s true that the community isn’t large like many other dating apps. Honestly though, people are missing out on a truly amazing opportunity for growth and connection. The more I chat the more I see the value. We end up swiping for hours because many additional people from the United States keep appearing on my Canadian profile. Please disable this feature 😩; it makes the app less enjoyable. And that’s with 125 mi radius turned on. Also when I travel the location doesn’t update. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Regarding updating your location, you can do this through the "Edit" tab of your profile (under the "Identity" section). As for being on global mode but seeing people from your neighbourhood - that's because other people in your neighbourhood are also on global mode. Local dating will be coming soon (in the next few weeks) to all locations so stay tuned! Thanks for your patience with us as we get started, and we promise to continue working to make this the best dating app out there. ### 1/5 — not available in LA?? *2025-12-19* after setting up the app and taking a bunch of quizzes it’s not yet available in Los Angeles. super annoying that you all emailed me a launch email about a dating app and I can’t match with people in my area! **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. While local dating hasn't been launched in LA just yet, in the meantime, there are still ways to use the app! Global Mode lets you browse profiles and match with people across the world (a lot of people in LA are using this mode right now). IRL matching allows you to add people in-person via QR code or username and try out all the compatibility features in the app. Thanks for your patience with us as we get started, and we promise to continue working to make this the best dating app out there. ### 2/5 — Feels different *2025-12-19* Like others have said, this doesn’t have the typical slop shop vibes where you constantly get matched with dry and cut people that you have nothing in common with. Everyone so far that have a complete profile seem way more intentional with their dating and that goes a long way. I can also see that because of a longer profile set up (30 minutes vs 5) the users are more invested in themselves and potential partners as well. Just more thoughtful all the way around. That being said, you can only view one match before it blocks out your likes and you have to pay to see the rest. Hard to get a grasp on if I would be willing to pay premium or not as I don’t have an idea on if I would be interested in my matches or not. It’s not unreasonably priced, but because you can only do so little on the platform before paying. I’d say join to see your quiz results if you liked Dimensional, but I will not be staying on unless they changed that aspect. **Developer response:** Hi there! Sorry about that and thank you for the patience. ### 4/5 — Great concept, but not available in my area *2025-12-19* I was genuinely excited for this app to launch and found myself checking the Dimensional app every day for updates because a personality-first dating app feels like a breath of fresh air! I couldn’t wait to create my profile and explore what it was all about. I put a lot of time into setting it up, so I was really disappointed to find out it isn’t available in my area yet. I’m not interested in using global mode because I’m focused on connecting with people I can actually meet in person. Do you have any updates on when more areas will be supported? Will the app send notifications when it becomes available in my area? I wish there was more transparency about this on the app. ### 3/5 — has potential but locks behind paywall to see matches *2025-12-19* I think it’s a cool concept, but it’s insane that I have matches and can only see ONE and can’t see the rest unless i pay. it’s understandable if the paywall was only to set certain filters, but blocking the most pivotal reason people download kinda defeats the purpose of using this at all lol **Developer response:** Hi there! Despite being in California where there should be a large userbase I’ve gone through users in a 60 mile radius within 10 minutes. Not only that but the app says I have a match and when I check the tab there are no messages. Don’t waste your money trying to get anything out of this app when the digests are highly likely to be AI generated anyway and the userbase is nonexistent. ### 1/5 — Log in *2026-05-13* It’s impossible to log in, It says I don’t have an account, I already have a dimensional account and it doesnt let me create an account on inni. For your troubles. ### 1/5 — Brilliant Foundation, Baffling Decisions *2026-03-29* This app has genuine game-changing potential, but there are some serious issues holding it back. First, not allowing Dimensional users to transfer their profiles directly into Inni is a massive oversight. That integration should be straightforward — honestly, the dev team needs to answer for why this wasn’t built in from the start. It’s low-hanging fruit that would immediately improve the user experience. Seriously, hire me — give me the source code for both Dimensional and Inni and I’ll have that feature shipped in under a week, solo. Second, capping free users at 100 views per day with random global compatibility matching feels unnecessarily restrictive. Personality-based matching is what makes this app special — it gets at something fundamental that most people only figure out after years of trial and error in relationships. For a newer company, this is the time to open things up and reward early adopters, not gate the core experience behind paywalls like every other app on the market ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-02-19* The app itself is very well designed. But you are forced to view profiles from anywhere. A vast majority of profiles i see are across country or in different continents. Not only is it extremely well made and has really nice aesthetics, it is so different than any other dating app out there. It solves the problems of other dating apps by focusing on personality and compatibility across different dimensions. I hope this app presents a solution to today's problematic dating culture! The personality tests are insightful & accurate. So far, I've been really enjoying the conversations I've been having with my matches. The only downside is that none of the users are local to me. On other dating apps, I constantly feel like I am having to start conversations with complete strangers because 6 photos and 3 prompts just isn't enough information to get me started. With INNI I immediately have lots of information about someone’s personality that I can connect on and it makes the conversation feel easy and organic.
