Offered many loads but most were either 1. too far away 2. too large or too heavy for my vehicle or 3. Offered no dimensions or weight After 6 months, I was deactivated I deleted my account and reapplied. Uploaded all of my docs and now my account sits in ‘waiting for review’ mode ### 1/5 — NO RENTAL TRUCKS *2023-12-10, version 6.14.0* I transported numerous shipments for this "company" exclusively using rented trucks. Suddenly, I received a harsh text stating my account would be deactivated, and rental trucks were prohibited. When seeking clarification, I was simply told, "NO RENTAL TRUCKS" in capital letters. The purpose of my call to Inno Dispatch was for a few tips on how to book loads because I have been struggling with it. I was able to speak to a young lady named Lasheta. She scanned my entire profile for my company and found errors that could’ve possibly been preventing me from booking a load. This young lady spent maybe 25 minutes on the phone with me never sounded aggravated went above and beyond for me, and answered all my questions. She corrected my vehicle specs length with the height and the weight capacity. This is a game changer. As soon as she made the adjustments on her end, I was offered a load.. I’m really satisfied with this company. I’ll keep you guys posted. This was an amazing experience. Thank you Lasheta! We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. There are many factors that go into winning a load. The most important ones are locations and rate. It was an uncommon instance that we can not find a load for a driver in 60 days. We will do better in the future to follow up with our drivers. ### 1/5 — Excellent Working Group *2023-02-17, version 6.11.1* We have worked with the LJ team for a month now and have made more money with our business since we started this business. We were extremely hesitant about continuing but LJ has helped us earn more money and book excellent paying loads. The team is extremely communicative with my drivers, and ensures all communication between driver and company is handled. I highly recommend this company for your dispatching needs! ### 1/5 — WORST CARGO VAN APP OUT THERE! *2023-01-21, version 6.11.0* Words can’t describe the horrific customer service that Lj innovations LLC provides.Before you get into the trucking industry, I advise that the dispatchers consider going into in depth research on how to be an actual freight broker. Being a dispatcher is not considered an actual freight broker, it is by far illegal! All they do is take majority of the carriers money, by booking loads off of Sylectus and other load boards and leave the carriers with pennies. While the carriers are out here risking their lives and the dispatchers are just sitting in front of a desktop booking loads. I advise everyone to do there own research, invest into load boards and book your own loads. Get rid of the middle man who’s taking your money! From start to finish, the level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and overall inefficiency has been unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard, and unfortunately, your business has proven to be anything but reliable.
